My wife is told she can only get $300/day out of her savings account, that is the banks policy. All, she wants is her money when she wants. This bank is doing business as a dictatorship, I would recommend to everyone not to use this bank. They want ration our on money.

One of my staff went to change her name on her account today because she got married. Her account, she owns it, she opened it but because her new husband is on the account they won't change her name (to his) on her account without his permission! This branch is the most restrictive branch I have ever dealt with. Oh and you must have an appointment which they are booking 10 days out in 1 hour blocks even for 5 minute jobs. And they are closed on weekends and keep bankers hours (ha ha). If you work full time they are NOT customer friendly.

So I went to cash a check drawn on this bank today and they charged me $8 because “…you’re not a member…” No wonder they call it the Bank of America! They specialize in capitalizing on people. I’d NEVER have an account with these thieves!

I gave 1 star because I physically can't bank there anymore. They close a 4 and no longer open on Saturdays. I called the 800 number and the lady says it's because of covid. Sounds like biden, blame everything on it while 3 other banks on my road are open till 5 and Saturdays. The lady on the phone says she doesn't even bank with b.o a. She banks with chase ? I thanked her for the heads up. gotta take a day off now to take my money elsewhere. I don't think they want it. Anywho. Let's go Chase!

This location used to be open late on Friday because they closed early the rest of the week, now they also close at 4 and are no longer open on Saturdays. When are we supposed to bank? So I called the 800 # and they lady says it's because of covid. Sounds like sleepy Joe Biden, blaming everything on it, at the same time, every other bank on the strip is open so that's B.S. any who, the lady said she banks at chase that's pretty telling. No I gotta take a day off next week and find another bank

Generally the staff are very helpful and courteous. Originally we chose BoA as Citizens stopped offering services which we need. All good, then recently the branch hours changed. Week days 1000 to 1600 and closed Saturday.We cannot access the branch unless we take time off from work. I'm not sure how that is customer friendly or good service. The hours has forced us to start looking around for another bank.

Only have a 3 because I hate this bank !! By far the worst bank in the world!!!! That being said....The staff at this location are hands down some of the best people! Kind, caring, they actually try to help unlike every single BOA I have been. Keep up the great work

Been a customer for years. I religiously pay my cc in full in person each month as well as my husband's business cc. I made my payment to the teller for my cc. She posted it to the wrong account, which was my husband's business cc. I didn't even want them to transfer payment they did in error as now I would just pay double on my cc. I simply wanted to resolve this as now I was given a late fee and interest charge. After standing in lobby with no one assisting me while the two workers just chatted away to each other ignoring myself and another customer waiting finally a teller said they only work on appts now. I spoke to teller her to show her the error she said I would need to make an appt to get the fee and interest resolved and that they would just call the 800 number to do that so I should instead do myself? It was not my mistake nor did I want to make appt come back at later date. I called 800 number they said they would take off the late fee but do not refund interest. When I pay my cc in full each month and never pay interest then you should. I know have to wait 5-10 business days to see if they will "accept my request" to remove the interest for a mistake they did. No help whatsoever by the branch. Will be taking my business elsewhere. No sign whatsoever that by appt only, no one acknowledges or helps you. Terrible customer service.

They no longer provide replacement debit cards when your card is lost or stolen. You have to do it by automated phone or online. In addition, there is a $5 charge. The local branches can't do anything except basic banking and anything that allows the bank to make money. They are quite useless. Bank of America is an awful, uncaring bank. They couldn't care less about their average customers, no matter how many years they have been with the bank. We are closing our account and moving to another bank.
