EDIT: This WAS a 5 star review.. so the other day I came in had a great experience and I chose to have my phone shipped to the store because they only had one in stock which went to my husband and today I come to go pick up my phone. I work 8-5 everyday. I get there with my infant and toddler at 530. The phone plan being under my husbands name he got there before me at 515 and no one was at the store. A sign on the door that stats they’ll be back! We get a hold of customer service and they were trying to figure out where the worker was etc. because at that time he was waiting for a half hour. I didn’t mind waiting if I was getting my phone and say the worker was on lunch or something. Then we were waiting for over an hour. My husband called again. We were told they have no staff and the district manager was covering. Had a family emergency and left an hour prior to us showing up..I don’t know MAYBE WRITE A SIGN THAT SAYS CLOSED NOT THAT YOU'RE COMING BACK. I wasted over an hour of my time. Still don’t have my phone. My husband called the Nashua location. He even asked if he could pick up the same phone from their location instead and we got the run around and said we needed to get it from Londonderry because we had it shipped there. BUT YOU HAVE NO STAFF. So I’m still without my phone. Frustrated to say the least.We were hesitant due to the 2 stars they have on yelp but gave it a shot because Verizon sucks and AT&T have the best coverage. Uh GREAT experience! Devon was the most helpful cellular service professional I’ve dealt with in a very long time! Got us exactly what we needed and more. I really appreciate how smooth things went today! Excited to be part of AT&T now and to explore my new phone!

Literally the worst AT&T of all time. Got there at 4:00 and there was a sign on the door saying they would be back at 4:30. I didn't realize closing during business hours was something that was acceptable. Asked for help and the employee told me they couldn't help me and to figure it out myself.

Devon Hobbs was professional, helpful and helped us to troubleshoot our phones, order an upgrade and efficiently completed all plan reviews SAVING us some money on a better plan! He also offered to give tips and assistance at any time on a drop in basis. He was excellent!

Noah was extremely helpful through the new customer phone plan process. I was very nervous about the whole process but Noah was extremely helpful and friendly and we got through the process with ease! Would definitely recommend!!

Of four stores in NH, this one was the one that had eSIMs in stock and knew how to transfer a prepaid eSIM to a new phone. Was in and out in 10 minutes.

Horrible customer service! My mom went into this store about 2 weeks ago, she wanted to get a tablet for her sister in law who has dementia. My mom is handicapped in a wheel chair and hard of hearing, Chris who did the sale refused to remove his mask which made it extremely difficult for my mom to hear him and she couldn’t read his lips. I understand the current situation with the pandemic and the requirements. Needless to say Chris didn’t understand that my mom needed the tablet to be locked out from internet access and my mom didn’t want the tablet to have an Apple ID or account in use, just something that her sister in law could use to play games on. However all the IPad wanted to do was connect to the internet and log into an account. So we decided to return it.We took it back today, I went with her to make sure it was done correctly, I live 2 hours away and she didn’t want to bother me when she did the original sale, I wish she had. We walked into the store, neither Chris or the manager Steve greeted us, they both looked miserable and clearly hate their job. I had to walk up to Steve and actually start the conversation. I explained why we were returning the iPad, he then proceeded to swear under his breath “what the fxxx” because he was having trouble with his computer. I explained that I had deleted all the passwords but did not do the full factory reset since it was on a data plan and I didn’t want to deactivate the tablet in case they needed to do something with it at the store. Steve then mumbled under his breath “let me wipe it the correct way”.At this time a young blond woman entered the store and was immediately greeted by Chris who was more than eager to take care of her phone that wasn’t turning on. I guess a woman in her 70’s that is handicapped in a wheel chair and is hard of hearing isn’t as important as a young blond woman! We payed the $55 restocking fee and I asked if they had any tablet that would do what we needed and Steve said no. He gave us the receipt, no thank you, no sorry, no nothing, just basically here you go and get out. We will never do business with this location again.

Totally pathetic. I pulled up to the employee smoking outside the store. As I walked in he didn't even out out the cigarette , just finished smoking and walked in while on a call. I was ready to switch to att, starting asking question and this guy try's to up sell a plan, when I didn't want that plan. Then took another phone call while in the middle of dealing with me. I walked out. Save yourself time go to the real att store in the Manch mall. Way better employees , they actually helped me

Please be careful customers. The AT&T sales associate overcharged our phone account (not itemized on physical bill) by over $200 with unauthorized purchases that were never discussed in person. This was highly unethical and unprofessional behavior. Very disappointed in experience.

Waited in line for 15 minutes only to be told they weren't actually an AT&T store. They are an authorized AT&T retailer. AT&T just told me to drop off the phones at an AT&T store! Don't waste your time going here!!! Funny how all their signs say AT&T but they aren't AT&T

On two separate visits, Christian and then Andrew, provided outstanding customer service. Knowledgeable, patient, and pleasant. I mostly do my AT&T business online, however, I felt in store service for my particular requests this time was warranted. Great decision!

Had a great experience swapping out an old phone for a new one. The staff even put on a third party purchased screen protector for me so I could have the one I wanted.
