Terrible customer service. They are outsource and I couldn’t speak to anyone local.I ran out of propane on a Thursday afternoon (which is completely my fault) but I paid $300 for an emergency fill. They told me they would be out within 24 hours! After countless calls. Giving me misinformation. Multiple disconnections. And no apology! I finally got someone to come to my house Monday! Awful!

I was never notified that you had someone coming to my house to connect wireless antenna to my propane tank. I have called to ask questions about and still haven't received an answer. I will probably remove it soon it I don't get an update.Thank you,Ed

Very disappointed with this company. There's always a problem with delivery, representatives don't have access to the delivery system, it's all outsourced call centers. No one can ever give a straight answer on the phone they are heavily scripted and really trained how to say they're sorry without any emotion. Everytime I call has been a battle to get any answers and you're always left with a vague solution that may or may not actually happen.

Worst Customer service ! They don't care if you're out of propane and it's 20 degrees out and they do nothing assist in getting a delivery. Offered a 24hr notice so I need to call out of work to wait for a deliver because I have to be there when they come since I'm out of propane. Not like people have to work! Useless. Outsourced customer service, she must have thought I hung up cause she made a snid remark before disconnecting.What the hell does she care.I'm done with this company.

On auto delivery for propane. These guys let us run out. When we called cause we were cold we were told "24-48 hours best we can do" That was 5 days ago and 3 phone calls ago. My advice is to stay clear of these people. THEY DO NOT CARE!

Amerigas messed up when we were tearing down our original garage and rebuilding. They put the new tank in the wrong place. We decided to go with a new propane company but when the new folks came out they told us they couldn't do anything because they tank wasn't up to code. So we called Amerigas to come out and fix the problem. Amerigas then billed us for this work, which they should have done at no charge to fix the problem they caused to begin with. We are now disputing this charge. Amerigas has since sent TWO separate accounts to collection. Rather than paying the original $100, we are being brought to collections for a total of over $1100.00! In the meantime, I sent one check in the amount of $100 to the collections agency and wrote "paid-in-full". It was cashed and applied to one of the two accounts. As far as I am concerned, my bill has been paid and both of these collection agency accounts need to be canceled. I would like Amerigas to zero out my account, and remove their tank from my property. Talk about a nightmare that should have never occurred.

We recently sold my grandmothers home so she could move to an assisted living facility. She is on a fixed income. In September 2023 we first moved to will call then once her property was sold canceled service all together. She seems to have since acquired a bill for delivery to the home months after its sale. I reached out via email. She now has a past due balance from a delivery that was done months after her home was sold. I received an initial response and have not heard back from your company again. Companies like yours make me very sad for elderly people that don’t have help from family members. This is still an unresolved issue. Very disappointing!

Absolutely nothing has changed with this company. My propane tank was supposed to be painted in April of 2023. Still hasnt been painted. If you call for fuel it takes 10 days to get to your house. Customer service told me to call for refill when my tank is at 40%. Other fuel companies deliver within 48 hours. So dissatisfied with this company. Will be looking for another fuel company.

I just moved into my new house few months ago with your tanks already in place I tried making an account with you guys for weeks an keep getting sent around the ringer now that I have a different company Iv called for you guys to come grab your tanks 3 times in the past month an half an each time I was told I’d get a call in a day or two for some one to come get them ? I’m glad I dodged your company if it takes this long to come get tanks I can only imagine getting fuel if you guys don’t want them let me know I’ll use them for target practice

Terrible service placed an order on 1/5/24 got a time frame of 1/7-1/15 they showed up on the 18th when I was already out of propane and I had called and talked to multiple managers promising me it would come days before it actually did they finally come and only filled my tank to 45% don’t waste your time on this company AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DELIVERY SERVICE AND NO LOCAL OFFICE can only talk to who knows in the Philippines which is no help at all
