Horrible customer service. Went in here with my infant to get feed and asked for help carrying bags as I was carrying a car seat. They brought me a cart to push, put the feed in the cart and offered me no help out. I had to put my child back in the car and then come back in to bring the feed out myself. Employees should be able to lift 50 lb bags or at lease be able to push a cart to help a customer.

This store does a horrible job at updating their current stock. The store advertised having several lawn mowers on site, however, after making the drive over it turns out they had none (and no all the mowers were not sold today, they just don’t update the stock). I should have called the store prior to wasting time and money but lesson learned, I suppose.

Worth buying stuff here. I bought a compressor and it would not work. It still had tags and I never used it because of electricity problems. It wouldn't run on any of my generators because on startup surge! I explained what happened and the manager took it back. I had it for over 6 months. I was issued store credit. If I had bought it at Home Depot I would have been screwed.

My husband purchased a Cub Cadet 46 in. 23 HP Gas Enduro Series XT1 LT46 Riding Lawn Mower online and had it delivered to this store to be assembled. When my husband got the tractor home, there were several issues with the tractor, including it running for only .4hrs then dying. Tried charging the battery and the battery wouldn't hold a charge. Called Tractor Supply about it and spoke with Heather, the Assistant Manager. She called Cub Cadet about it, and all they had to say was that he could get 1 free part. Cub Cadet wouldn't budge. A.M. Heather then called Tractor Supply Customer Solutions and got them to ok a replacement tractor. A.M. Heather went above and beyond to help solve our problem. We can't say enough about how pleased we are with Assistant Manager Heather and Tractor Supply! The replacement tractor works great, and my husband was able to mow the entire yard (1.5 acres) without issues. Thank you, A.M. Heather and Tractor Supply!
