I had a ring that my grandmother left me resized and refitted. What a beautiful job they did! It was completed earlier than expected and they were both delightful to work with. I highly recommend TM Jewelers!

I was looking to have a replacement stone set for a gold ring. The last jeweler tried scamming me for 3x the cost of the original ring. TM Jewelers was very affordable with great turnaround time. The owner called me to explain the time and cost before starting any work. He was very open explaining the whole process and was very patient as I missed several calls from him. Overall very professional and personable experience, highly recommend.

No matter what it is from buying amazing art quality piece, resizing or fixing a clasp they always deliver beyond my expectations. My wedding band broke, but we had 3 soldered together… wedding band and engagement rings…I brought it into the store and was immediately made to feel comfortable and that the jeweler would be able to repair the broken band. He discovered issues with some prongs and would take care of those as well. When I picked up my rings today I was extremely happy to see how beautiful they looked! They were as beautiful as they were on the day we were married. I was so pleased with the care and quality TM Jewelers put into my rings…I cannot stop looking at them…thank you for putting so much care and skill into my very special rings…

This business does not even deserve a 1 star. My boyfriend who use to work at the Diamond DIstrict in NYC and knows good quality jewelry and has bought me fine real jewelry over the years was just about to buy me one of their most expensive Ruby rings today. Before taking the ring out to showcase, the woman commented to my boyfriend that she appreciated the bad review the last time he was in their store. The last time he was in there he had $8,000 to buy something, but was judged by his looks of working all day on a roof. This comment shocked both of us since my boyfriend is a dinosaur from the 70's and does not have a Smart phone or computer. Now, I will give the bad review and tell many of my local friends and family not to shop at a place that judges people by the way they look. Bad business manners and customer services.

I had some very special (to me) stones I brought to them to create earrings with. I had an idea of the design and they walked me through the thought process to come up with the final design. They came out more beautiful than I could have imagined. Reasonable pricing, wonderful client service and superb workmanship! I'm so happy!!

This is my second time going to Tigran and have been blown away by his artistry and professionalism. This piece combines a family wedding ring and diamond with a custom design of the front five of Cannon Mountain, a very special place for our family. The process was seamless, he listened to what I had envisioned and the result is breathtaking. I not only love the result but I love working with Tigran and Hasmik, they are lovely, kind people and I would highly recommend this business to anyone.

Owners are friendly and helpful. The jewelry is very well crafted and beautiful. Why buy a mass produced low quality piece of jewelry at a franchise retailer when you can own a handmade heirloom? Prices are reasonable for fine jewelry as well.

I would highly recommend TM Jewelers. I had my mother's and my diamond rings melded together and resized. They look shiny and beautiful! I also had a stone replaced in a bracelet. Very happy with 2 rings. One was a replaced stone and another created from family gold and gemstones to my specifications. They listened to me very well and gave good price for a beautiful piece of jewelry.
