LOVE TJ MAXX, but this store in particular, which I go to monthly. New products all the time, store is clean, and staff is wonderful. There is one woman who works up at checkout who is incredible. I need to get her name, and I will update my review when I do. She has fabulous outfits, and always compliments me on what I buy. She is efficient, and so natural at friendly customer service.

Better than many locations as this one seems to be staffed by people who managed to get the right sizes in the right locations. Now if only they would put the soaps and snacks back in the aisles as opposed to the the understaffed checkout waiting lines, they would be truly great!

Absolutely love this place. Nice cloths for a great price. I love sitting in there and smelling the perfume. The staff are always so friendly and helpful if u need anything. Something for everyone.

Decided to visit this specific store tonight to look around.. buy a few things.. wasn't even in the store for 10 minutes & manager Donna made my experience uncomfortable with nasty judgement, lack of customer service due to judgement, & her ignorance she wanted to exploit out loud. I went to the beauty department where she decided to stock.. 1 look at me with a face then proceeded with stocking.. I tried to overlook that & try to enjoy my free time to shop.. I walked over to the perfumes, wasn't even there for 2 minutes.. only sampled 2 body mists on my arm to determine if I'm interested in buying.. she looked over at me.. then looked away and let out a loose single loud cough to get my attention.. and once i looked over is when she decided to walk by past me saying with complaint & attitude "too much smell" while wafting the air. I never got a chance to look around the store.. i don't know what that woman's problem was? I was even more surprised when 1 of the cashiers informed me that she's a member of management.. (because she had her name tag flipped over on purpose which tells me she was aware of what she was doing to begin with)... 1 minute into discussing the matter with one of the employees by the exit door.. Donna dropped what she was doing to walk by us glancing over to hear what I was telling the employee...unreal! because of Donna treating me like I was unwelcomed.. I felt I had no choice but to leave the store... in which she made the store miss out on a sale.. poor management material if you ask me.

We always love coming to this store. They always seem to have a great selection on Hello Kitty stuff that we spend a GREAT deal on. But it's worth it when you enjoy collecting that stuff. We'll definitely be back for sure. Just make sure you have all your Hello Kitty stuff out and ready to go!! ?
