I've ordered two bikes in the past year directly from specialized and had them sent to this shop. Dave reached out to me each time and asked how I wanted them setup ie: tubeless, suspension, etc. Super happy with the quality of service and especially the customer care. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
