I love everything about this studio…the studio itself with all the wood, plants and rushing river outside the windows; the people that make up the very welcoming studio that has been established, and, of course, the instructors.

This space has been so thoroughly healing for me through some of the most challenging transitions of my life. I am deeply grateful for not only those who work here, but also the community Dust Off has gathered. Continuing to deepen my practice with self in a trauma informed studio is nothing short of a huge blessing. The owner, Jennifer, is very knowledgeable, informed, and kind. She also integrates joy and laughter in the classes which truly goes on to generate more peace and healing for everyone! I am grateful to have attended my first yoga class since moving to New Hampshire here at Dust Off Yoga, and have continued going ever since! The space is very welcoming to everyone, regardless of your path in life- and it doesn't hurt that it's situated right along the Amonoosuc River - a tranquil and beautiful environment. Genuinely love this place.

I fractured my spine 3 years ago and needed gentle stretching and core building. Started at dust off yoga with Jenn as my instructor. She is kind, knowledgeable and concentrates on each individual in class with their own ailment or injury. The class is very friendly and very community based. It’s a fun class to participate in. Jenn also works with Veterans suffering from PTSD and all trauma related issues including women who have experienced sexual abuse. I highly recommend dust off yoga to anyone who needs a little help whether it’s an injury, trauma or just to stretch out and relax with a great group of people.

Such a variety of classes with focuses on nervous system regulation, deep fascial stretching, brain boosting balance exercises, grounding, and mindfulness. Not only do I unwind in class, I learn! Jennifer is science-based and trauma informed - all DustOff instructors are trauma informed. The studio itself is warm, cozy, and calm. There's no need to bring props, DustOff is well supplied! I appreciate that and also being able to store my mat in the member storage area. And to top it off, I adore the community! DustOff students are joyful to the point where Jennifer hosts a monthly get together just so we can talk and snack. (We love our food! Everyone brings something fabulous.)I highly recommend this outstanding yoga studio/community.

A great yoga studio featured right on the Ammonoosuc river! It was so relaxing to hear the river during class. I was visiting the area and decided to stop by. Jennifer was so kind and welcoming to newcomers and made the experience so stress-free and rewarding! Highly recommend.

Our company was holding a management retreat in Bretton Woods! I reached out to Jen only about a week or so before the retreat. Wow did I pick the right place! Jen was extremely easy to work with, I needed to do little more than one phone call explaining what we were looking for. She understood perfectly and preferred a summary of how we would accomplish that work, what techniques she would use. We had one session in her studio in the early morning (beautiful studio) and the evening session was in our rental house over 30 minutes from her studio and at night. Jen made it and brought with her positive energy. She tailored the workshops to exactly what we were looking for. Any business or corporation wanting to incorporate yoga/meditation into your company retreat and will be in the Bretton Woods/Mt Washington/Littleton, it’s a no brainer. Book Dust Off and Jen. The cost was a heck of a lot cheaper than it would of been to take my team on the train ride up the mountain! Great price. All of my team members loved the experience and I likely will incorporate this into future retreats. If you’re planning a company get a way or even a pre-wedding event in that area, it would be foolish not to book Jen if you can!

Jenn is a wonderful teacher. She's welcoming, considerate of people with all different abilities, and a true advocate for veterans and their families. Her studio space is serene and immaculate. Going to a yoga session at DustOff Yoga is something I look forward to every week!

I love Jen's classes. She offers a variety of classes for all levels. Jen offers modifications to help you get the most out of your practice. She offers special classes for veterans, as well as victims of trauma and domestic violence. Classes are held in a gorgeous, calming space. When I leave class, I feel I have done something for my mind, body, and soul.

Jenn hosted a workshop of Team Building & Self-Care for 12 of our staff. First, her space is absolutely beautiful. It is very calming & welcoming. The afternoon consisted of different self-care techniques, team building activities, & great, educational conversation. My staff & I learned so much that afternoon. Jenn is extremely knowledgeable in her practice & her goal is to truly help others. She was accommodating to everyone & their experience level. The workshop 100% exceeded my expectations.I would highly recommend her to any agency looking to host a workshop (or individually!).

The program manager at my work scheduled a "self-care day" for us here yesterday. I had an AMAZING time...and let me tell you, I was super skeptical at first! I currently have a knee injury and wasnt sure I'd be able to participate, but Jen was able to work with me and keep me completely comfortable all day! Definitely planning on returning and highly recommended! I left feeling SO relaxed!

We LOVED this studio! Stayed in town for a weekend and decided to do yoga. We could not have asked for a better spot to do it. Jennifer was very professional, fun, and knowledgeable. We enjoyed learning about the "why" for our poses - what was going on neurologically and which chemicals were being released as a result. We are definitely going to come back here next time we are in town!

This is not your typical yoga studio. DustOff Yoga makes yoga accessible to everybody or “every body” as they like to say. The owner and yoga instructor, Jen, meets each student where they’re at and works together with them on addressing their specific needs. Every time I attend class, I feel a weight has been lifted from my shoulders (or more accurately, the middle of my back). The studio sanctuary is exactly that. A sanctuary. Just being there with the river flowing gently in the background is stress-relieving. DustOff yoga offers a variety of classes and often has special events such as meditation walks/hikes and commUNITY yoga where she offers a free class once a month to first responders, teachers, health care workers and other helping professions. One of DustOff Yoga’s highlights is the free Yoga for Veterans they offer weekly. DustOff Yoga understands the connection between the brain and the body. The trauma-informed yoga she offers to Veterans and Domestic Violence Survivors literally changes lives. As a trauma survivor, attending her 8-week trauma-informed yoga was empowering, relaxing (which was a lovely surprise since relaxing is not usual for those of us with PTSD) and life-affirming. I highly recommend DustOff yoga to EVERY BODY.
