He was knowledgeable about the product and was very easy to work with. My last experience buying from a dealership was not great, so it was refreshing to purchase from a staff that is as concerned about the customers follow-up treatment as they are with moving vehicles off the lot. “Nothing but praise for Porfido's Auto. Everyone at the shop was kind, professional and went above and beyond. My wife's car broke down 3 hours from home in Bethlehem and they sent a truck immediately. Prices were fair, the work was done quickly and they made an inconvenience tolerable. Very trustworthy outfit with highest praises. We don't live in the area but would bring our vehicles if we did. We did not catch any names but I appreciate the younger man who drove the tow truck, lent my wife a phone charger and returned her safely back to Littleton.”
