Fast friendly service. Got our car in and out in less than 3 hours. This is why I go small local owed companies. Can’t beat the service or the quality of work.

Warren has treated us very fairly. He was able to do the work faster than expected. His price was good. Knowing we had to pay out of pocket, I think he did the best he could. We will be back

TRIED TO GET MY SISTER TO JUST HAND OVER HER TITLE! When my sister slid on ice and rolled her van, the Litchfield Police told her she had to have it towed here. Before her van was towed from the accident scene, the police and fire department checked and decided there did not appear to be any engine damage, only body damage and broken windows. Well, after the people at Warren's looked at her van, they told her that oil had leaked all over the engine and it had seized up. They told her it was going to cost $5000-$7000 to fix. As her van is older and not in the greatest condition to begin with, they advised that is was not worth fixing, and if she paid part of the tow cost and signed her title over to them, they would be square. Well, since this was my sister's only method of much-needed transportation, she had it towed to her regular mechanic for a second opinion. Almost immediately after they had they van on their lot, they called to tell her that all they had to do was hook the battery up to a charger and it started right away and drove fine...no sign of oil anywhere. Cost to fix the broken windows: $300. DO NOT GO TO WARREN'S: THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS!
