Excellent cider flight. The semi-sweet was the favorite, with the original as second choice.

Rhythm offers a great selection of drinks. They have numerous flights to chose from which give a great variety. Rasperrry lime seltzer, classic cider, and wine slushie were definitely top 3. Staff were friendly, welcoming, and polite. Can’t wait to go back.

Wonderful spot! There is construction next door at the resort which makes it a little loud, but it’s worth it. Zach is extremely friendly. Definitely recommend checking this place out.
Rhythm Studio is a casual, fun, new (COVID-safe) place to try our locally-made, handcrafted ciders. Try a flight of different craft ciders and wines or have a glass with some snack foods and a bunch of friends. Our ciders are all made on-site at Seven Birches Winery.
We believe that creativity is the spice of life. So, not only are we crafting some of the most creative hard ciders, we are doing it naturally. Our products are fermented from premium fruits, sourced locally, to create a delicious, fresh, natural alcoholic drink. Extra flavoring is never added.
