Rhythm Cider Studio is a casual, fun, and new place to try locally-made, handcrafted ciders and wines. It is located in Lincoln and attached to boutique stores. The ciders are all made on-site at Seven Birches Winery from premium, locally-sourced fruits, with no extra flavoring added. It is a COVID-safe spot offering flights of different craft ciders and wines, or a glass with some snack foods. The space looks like an old barn inside, with products and local artist works for sale. There is a great shaded outdoor patio area with lots of greenery, perfect for warm days. The staff is friendly, welcoming, polite, and extremely helpful, providing excellent hospitality and customer service. Snacks like meats and cheeses are delicious. They offer a great selection of drinks and numerous flights, including a "create your own" option with wines from Seven Birches Winery. Top drinks include the raspberry lime seltzer, classic cider, wine slushies, spiked strawberry seltzer, and a blueberry slushie made with hard seltzer. There is some nearby construction, but the experience is worth it. There is a parking lot on site with plenty of parking. It is a really cool spot that visitors highly recommend and plan to visit again.
The restaurant had a chill vibe, and the platter was reasonably priced. The cider was really good! ?

Was very disappointed. I’ve never been to a restaurant type place where I had to unpackaged and put together my own charcuterie board. The ciders were nothing spectacular either. Not a place I would recommend unless you want to spend a ton of $$ for no good reason

Great knowledge of beverages from staff which a rarity in most places. However, not a fan of the DYI charcuterie.
