Amazing, amazing yoga and nature experience! The Lost River Gorge class was so beautiful and being able to explore the park afterwards was so so cool! Thanks Margarita:)

I attended the Pedal Power class which is a combination of Spin and timing. It was awesome, both challenging and enjoyable! I worked up quite a sweat! This 45 min workout is a must if you plan to be there on a Thursday! Margarita is amazing!

Just feel good. Our studio will nourish your soul and body. We offer Kids and adult Yoga classes. As well as Barre, Kickboxing, Pilates Circuit, Kids Play time and even Yoga bachelorett parties! We are located in the White mountains of New Hampshire right in downtown Lincoln.
