So I've never actually been inside this store. Their hours are anti-intuitive in that they close at 5pm despite the fact that there's a VERY popular restaurant one storefront over that usually has a 45+ minute wait. You'd think that a shop that sells desserts and goodies would be open during the hours when people would be wondering around, HUNGRY, waiting for their table to be ready.
I've never been inside Chutters because they are always closed by the time we are wondering around, hungry, waiting for our table at the restaurant, despite the fact that it's only 5:15 pm. We always end up in front of the store front instead, staring longingly through the window. Like now. Sigh.

Drove completely out of the way to come here only to find it closed. Hours and days open need to be updated. Disappointed ☹️
Photo I posted is the updated hours. Hopefully this saves someone from taking an unnecessary trip

I’m sure it’s great… if it’s ever opened. They don’t follow the hours that are posted and close whenever they want. Supposed to be open on Tuesdays. We are here with many other families also trying to get in and… yet again, they are closed. Terrible way to operate a business.

We've been going to Chutters in Littleton for over 15 years.
Every time it's a great experience. Until Friday July 26th.
IT WAS AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE.
The staff are fairly helpful. And quite nice. (Highlights include a girl kindly reading to me each flavor of fudge so I could prepare a large order to take back to Rhode Island)
But that Friday, the nice gentleman that waited on me and the kids at the fudge counter was simply outstanding.
He was descriptive with the flavors, patient as we made such important decisions and then offered to mark each box so we knew which box had what.
That small gesture went such a long way. It really saved me so much hassle! Usually I have to inspect the boxes and guess/determine the owners.
The gentleman suggested he had been there for longer than a lot of the staff but he really just made such a difference.
He wasn't stressing or hurried. We were made to feel like the only customers in the store and not at the front of a line of folks waiting to order their precious treats.
Well done Chutters.

The chocolate I tried was pretty good but overall a tourist trap. First, the store is much smaller than the one in Littleton. Second, everything is so expensive. It's just candy after all, nothing special that justifies the price.

Candy, candy and more candy.
Kid-friendliness: Kids and adults love it, miles of candy in jars to pick and combine.

They do have a lot of candy here and fudge. But I have been to places that have more variety, but not around here. They are friendly. It is worth a stop if you are into candy.

I took my husband, then fiance at the time to see "The world's largest candy bar" and when he walked in he looked and looked around them demanded of me "where's the candy bar??" And I, confused, gestured to the long spanning shelves of candy before his expression fell and I realized he was expecting to see a candy bar the size of a truck or something! I laughed and laughed and now every year we go after we leaf peep through the kangamangas and I elbow him and ask if he wants to go see the candy bar. And we do!
