I had never taken a yoga class in my life before walking into the beautiful mill space that is Symmetry. I was soon a monthly member and look forward to every class and feel at home in the studio. Truly welcoming, comfortable, and warm.

I absolutely love this place. The owner Rebecca makes you feel right at home. The studio is top notch. I come weekly to add on to my weight program and also start my week with a clear head. I’d give them more stars if I could
