Bagger forgot to put two loaves of bread into my cart. I had not realized until I got home over an hour away from the store. I called and they told me there is nothing they can do unless I want to drive back there. Really surprising that there is no system in place to fix this without them having the receipt in their hand.

It’s too bad every time I shop at any market basket the cashiers never say hello or more importantly Thank you- and they barley pay attention - they are more likely to be having a conversation with all their co-workers - I complain every time to the manager and the store manager - I’ve been told “ oh there all teenagers” which I think - is not an excuse. In fact it’s projecting it back on to me - it’s my problem. TRAIN them better - make it part of the training and review process- I spend a lot of money each week and it’s insulting - just asking for some manners and respect. Also your cart shaggers are all on their phones -

It's not the newest store and doesn't have everything like the giant one in Epping.
But it's cheap. It's clean. It's still staffed with local teenagers and retired people who are friendly and fluent and reasonably well-trained.

Stopped in here for a baguette and a quick whizz. Haven't been to Market Basket behind-the-deli bathroom since 1994 when my brother sprayed himself in the face with Off bug spray and my mom tried futilely to wash his eyes out in store. Long story short, my mom had to abandon a whole cart of groceries and my brother was zipped into a papoose at the ER so they could rinse them peepers. Overall pretty traumatic. Anyway that was a totally different MB in a different state and city and it was also 30 years ago.
Pretty good bathroom, unfortunate proximity smells, not much you can do about that. I did eat my baguette on a boat later in the day (note: I got my baguette after using the bathroom and washing my hands. it did not come in with me I am not a monster) so I believe my trip to this specific location was auspicious.

Today I had the worst shopping experience I've can ever remember having. I had to run out quick for groceries leaving my better half home alone after open heart surgery. After searching & comparing products for his new diet in the 1st 3 isles I headed to the deli area. Got my # & while I waited I got a couple items from seafood, when I turned @ my cart was gone. Because the wait for deli took over 40 minutes to purchase 3/4 of low sodium 0 fat turkey I could not find who took my cart & had to start all over again. Ok not stores fault about my cart but the wait at the deli was ridiculous. 1 person working it. Then I ask the bagger to not overpack my groceries so I could lift them dye to my be back injuries. When I got to my vehicle I couldn't lift most of the
