With job market being so challenging it is extra tough to get reliable, pleasant, customer friendly workers.Several of the management has longevity which makes it reassuring to shop there.For the most part the cashiers are nice and helpful.Everyone is picking up slack for labor shortage. I hope top level mgt gives extra compensation to retain who they have. “This place was having a hard time keeping stocked because of staffing shortages, but they've put a ton of work in as of the last few weeks, and it looks great - the aisles are organized and fully stocked again, and it's been great watching it transform every time I come in. The staff is really friendly and helpful, as well - the little chats we have in passing through the aisles are as much a part of the experience as the treasure hunting for new, cool stuff for $1.25!”
