Absolutely horrific. Came in for our flu and covid vaccine and waited for more than an hour. It took them thirty minutes to sign us in and the line was piling up. It happened to other people as well.

Everyone needs to be considerate as well as polite in their interactions with the staff at this (and every other) retail pharmacy. These individuals have a difficult, demanding, and stressful job. Staffing issues do affect us the customer, but I feel as if every time I am there the general "group think" is one of almost anger and severe annoyance towards the staff, as if it's their fault they had to wait patiently to get what they need. In my opinion, these emoloyees are over worked, and underpaid-(at least at this location.) So please, try to remember everyday common courtesy, show some restraint, and realize this is going to be the norm from now on or at least for quite awhile. I think having a little patience is a good lesson to learn here also, being in a society where literally everyone has become so accustomed with every little thing being automatically available 24/7; instant gratification, without any effort. Just, be mindful.

The new staff here is great. These reviews need to get updated. And they definitely deserve a raise.

I went to get an eye drop medication for my mom. Problem was, I used GoodRX coupon which was$8.38 for 10 ml of eye drop medication. I asked one of the cashier staff, they had 60 ml package and the price will come with $53.76. I said ok, because I thought it's bigger container that why it's more expensive. The medication I got only 60 of 0.2 ml of single use containers for for a total of 12ml. I have to pay more than it costs and medication can not be returned. The staff that I talked to, she was not helpful at all. She just said because one of the staff didn't know it's not 60 ml.

This store always tells me to wait for my meds I do so then when I come back through they are out of stock every time if you actually need something make sure to start the refill process a week prior to actually needing it

It's a busy place but they are the nicest people who work there! The pharmacy staff have been excellent, even through Covid. I've stood in line and watch people be nasty to them and abusive, yet somehow they still manage to smile for the next person. I highly recommend Walgreens at this location, simply based on the people.

There are many things not to like about this store Their reward program isn't very inclusive-if something is on sale, rewards dont apply, The items they exclude seem random. CVS does such better job with their rewards. As for prescriptions-I have mine filled there because it's my suppplemental insurance plan that' required it. Recently 3+ days ago I put in for two RX refills Checked on line today and it says order received. We will begin working on it. End of day today still nothing. I called the corporate customer care line and they transferred me to someone that could hear. Except she couldn't. She said I should contact the store. My usual experience trying to call the store gets me nowhere. Usually have to put it on speaker while the robot tells me how many are ahead of me. When it was h turn it rang and rang for about two minutes then line went dead. I went through that all again and same thing happened. I know they are super busy bu they cause their own problems. They should not be doing flu or Covid vax if they don't have people enough to tend to their RX business Because of the clinic they gave also opened later-9 instead of 6. For Pete's sake hire a nurse to do the clinics. There is just poor management in the pharmacy and there is a lack of organization. And for goodness sake hire some to just answer the phone. Better stil have voicemail. Also an email address wouldn't hurt-but they probably don't want to hear fro us. And in case the staff reads this and thinks I don't understand what they go through on a daily basis-I won't in a pharmacy for 30+ years.

Who ever was working the drive thru took so long to answer when we got there. Then when I gave name a birthdate he asked if the name I gave him last was my first name, then said I didn’t have a prescription available . I got notified 2 days ago it was ready for pick up. We were in line for over 40 min and ended up getting no prescriptions

They prioritize the drive thru so the wait inside is 30min or more no matter what

Pharmacists will just ignore you for five to ten minutes at a time, and take five days to fill a prescription. I called and the automated prescription thing said my script would be ready in an hour and I'd get a call when it's ready. No call, so two days later i show up and they say "oh it just printed this morning" and have me wait. Either their automated system lied, or they just refuse to fill prescriptions until you are sitting in the physical building waiting for it.

An ok experience but never quite as stocked as the cvs across the street. No major complaints with the pharmacy or staff.
