Supposed to open at 8:30, it’s now 8:52 and still no one to be seen - there’s was huge line and some people have started just going home.

Older man at front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional to a disabled customer. I’ll be taking the bus to West Lebanon for all of my post office needs from now on.

I live in Lebanon, NH and today (February 24, 2023) have tried 4 times to reach a post office staff member by phone to inquire into a recent change of address for my elderly mother. The experience is as follows - a brief outgoing message describing service area, window hours, advice on tracking packages, etc., reporting vandalism, passport services. Remain on the line and someone will be with you shortly, then your call will be transferred to the operator, then the phone rings again for quite a while until a busy signal ensues. No one EVER answers.

Will literally just hang up the phone on you - they never answer their phones, even direct lines from other post offices trying to contact them.

They can't seem to deliver to apartment buildings, I even heard the trainer tell the carrier that they don't have to deliver to us daily and they leave the packages OUTSIDE even though they have a key to the mailroom. Or they just don't deliver. It's absurd.Update, an expensive package of mine just went from my village, to somewhere else instead of my apartment.Do folks around here just loathe apartments? ?Certainly doing a good job of giving me less faith in the USPS

Was trying to drop off a letter today and ask a question, when I walked in the gentleman speaking to the clerk was talking about Air B&B and how his was now going for 1600 a week and this and that about it, and the clerk was asking questions and engaging all while I was waiting. A few minutes go by and another employee comes out of the back, handles what he were doing and then helped me. Not sure what the guys name was but that if its not business related drop the conversation and help the customer waiting. Talk about disrespect.

You will have difficulty getting them to answer the phone but that's cause they are often really busy. Steve and Dawn there are both really helpful :)

Don't bother calling them, after listening to the prerecorded message and waiting for the phone to ring for 5 minutes, it eventually gives you a busy signal. Every time. I'd love to tell them how to find an address - they keep returning packages to the sender because they claim they don't know where to deliver to.

They lied about not being able to deliver a package; they literally have a key to the lobby of my building where all of the mailboxes are. I have been trying to call them now to find out what happened and how to get my package, and they won't answer the phone. I've literally let it ring until I get disconnected two minutes later. I've called multiple times and they just won't pick up. I'm astounded by this level of poor customer service.

Terrible service. Made an appointment to get my passport done. Left work early to make it there in time and the postal employee calls me 30 minutes before my appointment to cancel without any reason or any offer to make it right. Go to Hanover or White River Junction. Way better service.

The workers are friendly however they could be faster. Love the free parking right outside of the post office.
