I’m putting a review for Rhyane and Merry because they always cater and help you find exactly what you’re looking for and then some.
Speaking from a point of view who has been coming for a few years, they also love the job and are very knowledgeable in all areas.
They are always a bright light and greet with a smile as well, I love coming into Un-dun knowing the amount of effort the girls put into their job daily to make sure things are easy to find, and the vibe is easy going!
Usually when I come in, it’s a drive so I’m always spending a good amount of money. I’m glad to be spending it here with such quality and variety of product :)

I broke down in the parking lot of UN-DUN yesterday around 1:30 pm and needed shelter from the heat (95 deg.) till AAA arrived to tow me.Merry, the manager, was so gracious to let me stay out of the heat and use the restroom. Unfortunately, my wrecker didn't arrive for 6 hours, and I had to camp out in the store and watch the customers come and go until they closed at 6 pm.I am 70 years old and must say I haven't seen much customer service from store employees for quite some time. The younger generation doesn't seem to understand that good customer service is what keeps customers coming back.I want to say that I was extremely impressed with Merry and her staff ( Rhyane, Hannah and Norm) as they quickly and cheerfully assisted the customers who entered their business.I also watched their team work as they were re-organizing the space. They interacted in a very friendly and co-operative manner. It certainly renewed my faith in the younger generationPlus, they have quite a selection of products to shop for.All in all it was a very pleasant experience !!

Not its a hippie store not just only thing silly people. Why not drive slow and go check it out. Its one of my fav place near me to walk to. And the people that work there are the best since they are always so nice and helpfull even when i need help thinking of a juice. Im sorry not all store are as cool as them in this area all time like that.

Terrible experience, pen only worked for a few days and when I brought it back was told all sales are final. Employee was unpleasant and too high to properly discuss issue. Never again!Follow up: Craig reached out to me after this initial post and made things right. I was so pleased! Thanks Craig, much appreciated!

Called ahead to see if they had a rosin press I was told they had one in stock the rosin tech twist for $499..I decided to check the price online and the price was $350 right through rosin tech..So I called back and asked if they price match or could Atleast give me a break on it and the lady told me she would contact the owner and see what he said because they do normally price match..She called me right back saying the owner couldn’t price drop cause it was too much of a difference..So I debated it for a few before saying the heck with it I’ll support the local business because otherwise I would’ve had to wait for it for a couple weeks for it anyways..So I went in to buy it and when I got there they actually had one on display that looked brand new mind you I was told they only had one in stock..anyways I went ahead and bought it got it home and noticed the box had definitely been opened before and was incomplete it didn’t have directions with it at all and had definitely been used before long story short I will never give them my business again

Best smoke shop in the upper valley by far. Have always gone out of their way for anything I've needed. Staff is always super friendly and helpful. Don't even waste your time going anywhere else. They're the best.

Craig and his team are the best glass shop around ! REAL glass and headies available - they all know about glass too which makes each interaction more a conversation than haggling or teaching the salesman . Top notch !

As one of the few shops around West Leb. this one surely takes the cake. Craig and his team has always given top notch service since I moved this way back in May. As a glass enthusiast I can attest to their selection being the best around, lots of heady and local artists available (Natey Love, VT Boro, and others!). If you want below stellar service and china glass go elsewhere!

My girlfriend and I started going through this three stage shop at the pipe display entrance. The worker was young, but very knowledgeable. The displays were bad__s ... I thought the rough cut cases helped with the lighting around the clear glass pipes. We then went into the adult section where the selection was excellent. I feel the worker was trying to help at first. He kept his eye on my girlfriend the whole time. When we were ready to buy he asked her if she had tried like the one we were buying. He also asked her to tell the toy. I felt he was east out of line. We then went to the beverage smoke section. We shopped for a little while and the worker from the adult section followed us in. He seemed to be interested in my girlfriend. We bought a six pack of beer and when my girlfriend paid she was handed a receipt even though she has said she didn't want it. Nice place, terrible experience.
