Need a tire urgently and Valarie was able to get me in early the next day. She made me feel welcomed and at ease as soon as I entered the office. Valarie even gave me a “Tiny Positive Potato” that brightened a week that had been going very rough. The service crew worked efficiently and got me in and out in no time. They also went the extra mile to put my spare tire and equipment back in its hidden compartment and place my keys in an easily visible/accessible location. It is the little touches that can make a difference. Thank you for helping me in my time of need, it is greatly appreciated. Would recommend without reservation!

Absolutely fabulous! Great customer service. I have been there twice with flat tires. Fixed both times quickly, with no appointments, I just showed up. I also bought new tires from them and return for free rotations. I highly recommend.

The lady at the service desk, Val, was knowledgeable and very helpful in choosing the right tires for my car. The techs worked efficiently, and the waiting room was very accommodating.

They made a bad situation very pleasant!! We had a flat tire driving from Vermont to NYC for my husbands job and we needed assistance ASAP. Val the manager was so awesome and helped us with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable.We ordered food in with our dog and even got to color. Thanks for your hospitality!!

We in to buy a new spare…got a great price and the employees even corrected a mistake a previous Tire Warehouse had made by replacing our stem censors for free. Delightful attitude from the staff. Very polite and friendly. We are only using Tire Warehouse for our tire purchases from now on.

My children and I were driving from Connecticut to Meredith, NH when we reached West Lebanon with a flat tire. Rolling off the highway and frantically doing a Google search for service on the eve of a holiday weekend led us to Valerie Hill and her team. We were received with kindness, care and compassion. While Valerie offered my hangry children a drink and a snack, her crew installed new back tires and had us back on the road as quickly as possible. They were a Godsend for us! I highly recommend their shop and their service for any tire needs!
