My wonderful representative was Darrell Alberico, not only was he so genuine and personable but he seriously found me the best deal. I wasn't planning to walk out of the dealership with the car but Darrell was so helpful, I didn't feel pressured or stressed out! I found the perfect car thanks to him and have never been happier! I cannot recommend this dealership enough! All of the employees seem very happy and they have an amazing work environment!

I recently leased a Nissan Kicks from Ashley - she was great. Very friendly and energetic and listened to what I wanted. Everything went smoothly with her and all the rest of the staff who I interacted with. I've never considered a Nissan before but found this to be a particularly helpful and friendly dealership to work with.

We just picked up or brand new Nissan Rogue today thanks to the most wonderful sales lady, Ashley. Ashley was so kind and chipper. I could not praise her enough. It didnt feel like we were just buying a car, it felt like we were joining a family, and not the kind you dread seeing at Thanksgiving. We could not be happier.

Taya was young very new, when I asked a question she found me the answer. She was polite, not pushy, she was a delight.
This was my first time buying a vehicle out of state. The owner Johanna was magic! She promised me I would leave there with the vehicle that I love...and I did and more! Thank you Johanna.
I haven't had this kind of customer service since, Smith Buick closed in Rutland Vt over 20 yrs ago. My daughters say, they are going to buy their next vehicles at Nissan of Lebanon Nh.
The experience from the moment I arrived to moment I left was 10 stars. From Taya with her helpfulness, Johanna with keeping her word, Raf his knowledge of the vehicle I was interested in, Ashley bubblely personality was contagious, Zahn who got my vehicle ready for me was sweet and very likeable and Mr. Willis( 4got his first name...)very nice, patient respectful.
My husband was shocked buy the deal I drove away with. Nowdays there's no effort by salesman, they will say anything for a sale except negotiate you into what you really want.Or crooks like A_______ns of Rutland.
Ive been looking for over 2 months, EVERYDAY searching I am so happy I took the hour and a half drive to NH. I drove away a badass! And loving my 2024 pathfinder Rock Creek!

A wonderful experience working with Ashley in buying my new car. The dealership has a very friendly atmosphere and everyone treats you so kindly. Ashley was very knowledgeable, making the steps of purchasing very easy and smooth. She was extremely accommodating, and followed up after the purchase to make sure I made it home safely and if I had any questions or concerns. My husband traded in his car for a Nissan Frontier. We stopped at Nissan of Lebanon two days ago, saw the truck on the lot and he knew that it was time to get back into a truck.
Ashley met us outside, and you know as a sales person approaches, you kind of tense up and wonder “how’s this going to go?” … well it was a very pleasant surprise. Ashley was fun, energetic and knowledgeable. We told her we just wanted to sit in it and we’d come back the next day for a test drive, she didn’t push back.
The sales process was seriously painless. She was honest and got us the deal that we needed.
Nissan of Lebanon, do whatever you need to do to keep her!
And anyone who wants a straight shooter with great customer service, go see Ashley!!

I drove an hour to one of my best car buying experiences ever and I will twice as a far just to get the same customer service provided by Ashley P. By far one of the best Sales Reps I had the pleasure to deal with. Understood my needs (large family), understood my work needs ( good mileage for travel) and understood my finances (where I wanted to be for payments). Nissan got a customer for life.

We had a great buying experience here with Ashley as our sales contact. Ashley went above and beyond to make sure we had a great buying experience. The owner worked with our situation and made sure we were put into the vehicle that worked for our family for a price that fit our budget. They worked together and made sure we left with a smile on our face. It's very rare to run into a dealership that actually does what they say they are going to do. I walked in early this morning on the chance that I could get a state inspection done on my Toyota. Darrell (sales) and Lucas (service) were super helpful. They were able to get my car to the inspector right away, before their main work of the day started, so I could make it to my morning work meeting.
