I had a good time shopping at Staples. The experience was efficient. Went in for the item I was looking for and found it quickly, also a good place to drop off packages and ship things. The parking there is great.

The Tech department is super. When I have computer issues with my laptop I specifically go to the Lebanon store because the teck associate I deal with is always helpful and curteous.

Idiot associates can’t spell or read. DO NOT get any signs made there if they have to read an email. The change the spelling and blame it on autocorrect! The manager is also just as bad. Got hung up on bc it was 8 pm and they close. Out $17 for a sign and live 30 mins from the store so won’t be able to get it in time. Don’t waste your money there. Not worth the stress! Horrible place with careless associates.

Terrible customer service. The staff never smiles and seems angry and depressed all the time. If you ask a question they say "I don't know" and walk away. If staff are depressed they need to get a therapist or a psychiatrist or join a group and deal with it! That's what I have done for 40 years since I had my first episode of depression. When you are working your responsibility is to be helpful to customers. I don't patronize Staples here or anywhere because customer service is terrible. Also when I first visited there store some young rich kid falsely accused me of stealing. Should have been fired on the spot! I prefer local print shops. I originally signed up for a virtual mailbox here but I am canceling that service and will share my experience about the terrible customer service I have received at Staples so they can find another place.
