Stopped in to get some Inkeylist products but they were out. Fortunately, a girl named Heather who was working was very helpful in finding alternative solutions. Will definitely be coming back as staff are clearly knowledgeable and willing to assist even the most confused of customers.

Last few times I've been in, the staff is too busy hiding on their phones to assist customers. Not sure what's happened here but I'd rather shop online than be ignored.

I'll change this when you guys update your hours. I wasted my time driving here (I didn't think to look up jcpennies, I thought they'd be open but I wasn't sure when Sephora closed.) So that was a waste of 20 minutes

#TEAMTATI no english well but ben was superbly phenomenal and highly infromative on infroming me with information regarding the diference in shade tone range in the kat von disease lock it foundations. I is glad this sephora dose not include morphe james charlies palet. thanks for a grate expierience

I had such a great experience with Antonio tonight! He was extremely helpful. Did a fabulous job helping me pick out makeup, gave me some great tips, and was just super sweet all around! I'll be back especially if I know he's working!

I went to this Sephora location today with my friend, and we were lucky enough to be assisted by an attentive and knowledgeable employee named Antonio. He took the time to educate us on a variety of both skin care products and cosmetics. He was more than willing to give us samples of whatever products we desired (obviously within reason)! I will definitely be returning to this Sephora again! Thank you Antonio for the makeup tips/ knowledge you shared with us!
