Everytime I go there they done have enough money to do western unions not even 100 dollar pick ups. You can’t advertise for western union pick ups if you can never do them. I’ve tried 5 diffrent times within 3 months.

Limited help here in west Lebanon store.been waiting a long time, only girl on is ringing up people said.she will be right with me but that was 20 customers ago. I guess they don't want to sell a 100 dollar bottle of perfume. So I am Leaving.

They are very friendly staff as well as the pharmacist who help with my questions that I have. And make sure that all my medication is filled in a timely manner so that I can pick it up as soon as it is ready. I usually get a text message from them on when everything is ready as well as when it needs to be filled again

I & my husband both had over-the-top customer service at the Pharmacy with our recent vaccinations. I showed up early on my day & they graciously assisted me early. They did not have to do that. They had a hard time with one shot - which was not covered by my insurances - but, they kept trying. Wasn't their fault. [I will get the RSV next year when my insurance will cover it.It is pricey without insurance coverage.] My husband had an vaccination appointment, but had to cancel it, then he got another appointment which he was able to keep. He got service from the same Pharmacist, who remembered me! How about that?! Vaccinations are tightly scheduled, take the Pharmacy staff away from their routine duty of filling Rx, answering questions, helping walk-in customers - to say all Pharmacies are busy is a HUGE understatement. Anyhow, this was all handled professionally and even though I fully knew how busy they were, they treated us both like we really mattered. Thank you, well done!

Went to the West Leb store and had a very pleasant experience. Holly was a wonderful employee who was incredibly personable, understanding, knowledgeable and helpful. She was a great person to chat with and continued to work hard even while talking with us.We will definitely be back and hope Holly gets the recognition she deserves as an outstanding employee!

The pharmacy manager likes to argue about your medication being sent there when it was. They clearly don't want to do their job. I've heard numerous stories of other people having the same problem. The doctors send a prescription and they claim it's not on file when it is! Refusing people their medication should be illegal. Rite Aide in West Lebanon NH needs to be held accountable!!

I have been coming here for many years for medication and have always had very nice people to help me out. The man named Gregory behind the pharmacy counter was cursing like a truck driver at me as well as raising his voice due to me being late to pick up my disabled wife's medication. He also threatened to completely delete my wife from the pharmacy system and said he would refuse our medication if I was late one more time to pick them up. I find it very amusing that a 24-year-old is able to better manage his emotions. Me, my wife, and my son will be switching pharmacies asap. Very unfortunate because I loved this pharmacy.

Employees are always very helpful, nice and friendly. Pharmacy staff is terrific, especially Kelley. I have automated prescription service and it is always ready when I get the notification to pick up. Efficient, friendly service every time.

Arrived at the store just after 8 am and stayed until 20 past. The lights were on inside but the doors were locked and no one would answer the phone, not sure if anyone was there. Very frustrating to have wasted my time when they're supposed to be open. Me and four other people sat waiting in the parking lot. Please update hours or be open when supposed to. I recommend calling to see if they're actually open before going.
