“The Irving technician showed up less than two hours after I called to report that our furnace was not working. He diagnosed and repaired the problem quickly. I discovered that he was the same tech who helped us out about a year ago when we had a problem. On that occasion he diagnosed a more serious issue which led him to contact the furnace manufacturer, and we ended up getting a new furnace under warranty that Irving installed for us. The service that we have gotten from Irving has been excellent.”

“This is the second time I rented a van from this facility. The customer service is excellent. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The van was there, the van was clean. Turn-in was not stressful. I can't stress enough how wonderful this store and the employees are...truly impressive. At a time when most people are horrible and customer service sucks....these guys shine.”
