“The Irving technician showed up less than two hours after I called to report that our furnace was not working. He diagnosed and repaired the problem quickly. I discovered that he was the same tech who helped us out about a year ago when we had a problem. On that occasion he diagnosed a more serious issue which led him to contact the furnace manufacturer, and we ended up getting a new furnace under warranty that Irving installed for us. The service that we have gotten from Irving has been excellent.”
“We all depend on each other to return equipment when we say we will. In my case, the previous renter of the truck I reserved had not returned the truck in time for my reservation. The Lebanon U-Haul representative quickly offered me a free upgrade to a larger truck; however, just as we were talking, the truck arrived. The rep quickly readied the truck for me and I was on my way, only a little late. When returning , the check in process was very quick and smooth. I was happy to have the smaller truck for my move, as space was tight where I was going.
When you get a truck with a fuel tank that is not full, it can be tricky to match the exact fuel level before returning the vehicle. Lebanon U-Haul was very accommodating with my lack of perfection in that area. I appreciate that!”
