The produce here is awful. The whole bag of cherries we purchased were squishy and inedible. Coconut was completely moldy inside when I opened it. Strawberries were moldy as well. Don't waste your money on their produce.

Staff is terrible, to the point where its obviously a management issue and not a staff issue. Cashiers never greet me or even talk to me unless I start the conversation. I asked another employee stocking the shelves if she knew where something was. She ignored me until I spoke up, didn't even look at me, and said "Try over there" pointing in the general direction of the pharmacy. The regional manager or whoever oversees this store's management needs to come in and make some serious changes because its a very unfriendly experience every time I come in, and management is obviously not training staff.

I have been to price chopper for many years. This store sucks. The parking is large and a waste and it means that you have to walk through this big dangerous parking lot to reach the bus. The price chopper store itself is also a waste of space. Never have I been happy to go into a price chopper store once. For a few years some safety feature that was right next to the entrance kept beeping. It seemed as if the people working there didn't care about the beeping so it kept beeping. im not sure if the device was warning people about something or not but im guessing it was not good. A year or so back price chopper had the idea to attach these red stoppers at every one of their carts. its so stupid because the red stopper is on one wheel and would only be a minor inconvenience to someone taking carts. I feel like a lot of what price chopper does with money is spending it on stupid things like the cart. Price chopper is another example of a big box business that ruins towns and cities by taking up space and running local businesses bankrupt.

Busy self checkout but it's not the customers fault if the self checkouts keep saying "call attendant " or "wait for attention " and most of them were doing that, they took out the hand scanner for heavy items, but I spend a lot of money here NOT to be treated like I'm bothering the attendant!!! Obviously I would not be happy when people are rude and don't condone that but No one was so to be rude to the people including myself wasn't called for. I don't usually ever right a review that's negative but it bothered me enough to! Back to Hannafords for me.
