My wife and I took our two kids (2 and 5) to this orchard earlier this month, and we couldn't have been happier with our experience. Row after row of every variety of apple you could imagine. Our kids loved running up and down the rows with the numbered list of apples, trying to find certain varieties. It was also fun using our apple picker to get way up in the trees. They're also really relaxed here about tasting as you go - they even encourage it! There were old farm houses and a tractor ride. It really felt like a quintessential New England orchard. I hope we can get back here again down the road.

Quintessential New England Autumn experience. We had a great time sampling their ciders and picking apples! The apple picking was such a great experience. They provide you with a list of what type of apple is on each tree, and what type of apple it was grafted with (usually a Cortland or a Macintosh). Had some really esoteric apples, and we came home with a great variety. There is also a half mile marked trail through the orchards and woods surrounding the property, which we also did. Highly recommend! Their store has a great variety of autumn vegetables (pumpkins, gourds, squash, etc.) and mums. I wish I had gotten the name of the woman who was helping us at the tasting counter, because she was phenomenal. I learned so much about cider, and her customer service went above and beyond. No frills, but very family/dog friendly. Was a wonderful experience and created a lasting memory on our anniversary weekend.

We went for apple picking and had a wonderful time! Staff were welcoming and helpful, and their collection of apple trees had some of the best variety I had ever seen! Dog friendly too for your four-footed friends.

Great spot to go with the family apple picking. The apple quality was fantastic and the quantity was plenty. I'd go back again.

Very picturesque. Spent the afternoon wandering through the orchard, picking and eating apples. They had some varieties I had never heard of before. There’s nothing like eating an apple right from the tree.

Farnum Hill Ciders are delicious! Eternal optimist in today’s lockdown, my husband, Dan, was looking for a summer wine. We didn’t know anything about hard cider, but didn’t want another boring sauv blanc. He ordered the small combo pack to try all 3 products, through their website, and the products were delivered promptly and safely to our home in New York State. We enjoyed all three products, however our favorite was definitely the extra dry bubbly cider. It most resembled an Alsatian wine but less sweet – bright, crisp, floral, a distant hint of fruit, and no oak. And at approximately half the alcohol of wine (and half the price!), we see this cider becoming our go-to offering for summer parties, preferably involving sand in one’s feet. Glad we tried it!
