I brought my watch in for a battery change. I met with Trinity Dixon. She has always been helpful and she took the watch apart which I didn’t think would be easy. She came out from the back and said here’s your watch. I was blown away to think that she could have done it so quickly. She is just a amazing help at the store and I thank her for that thanks Trinity.

The customer service at Pearce Jewelers is unmatched. After purchasing smaller pieces, my fiancé and I bought our engagement ring here mainly because I felt so comfortable with Trinity. She is knowledgeable and always greets us like friends when we walk in. Trinity helped us design a ring and answered any questions we had. The provided jewelry cleaning service is easy and convenient. Any time I’m in the area I can stop in and Trinity will clean my engagement ring and do a quick inspection for any damage. The quality of the jewelry is excellent! I highly recommend Trinity and Pearce Jewelers.

Every time I walk into Pearce, I get the warmest welcome from the sweetest group of women! Not only are they kind, they are knowledgeable, approachable, patient, and trustworthy. Sometimes I stop by to get my ring cleaned just so I can say hi! Highly recommend ????

Love it every time I stop in here! Everyone is so kind and helpful. It’s really special when your jewelers know your first name and know your family as well. Trinity is always a pleasure to work with and has been helping me with my jewelry needs for a few years now. The entire team is professional, knowledgeable and fun to just chat and catch up with! I don’t plan on ever using another jeweler!

Wonderful staff who make the experience of looking at, designing jewelry or buying a beautiful piece fun. Everyone there loves jewelry and what they do. It shows in their care of the customer. Of course having beautiful jewelry displayed doesn’t hurt. I have been a customer for years and wouldn’t go any where else. I highly recommend Pearce Jewelers.
