My one and a half year old Volvo wagon is at the shop now for maintenance and repairs and has been there for 11 days with no return date in sight. I was told that if I brought it in the night before they would be sure to have time to get the work done in a day. At 4::00 that afternoon I called them to arrange to pay my bill and pick up the car and they said they need another day. The next day they called me and said they still need more time to order parts. When I asked for a loaner or reimbursement for a rental car- I was told they have no loaners and they dont reimburse for rental cars. On Tue the next week, I got a call saying that my car must have been in an accident ( which i was unaware of- turns out this winter i must have hit some snow pile or really rough terrain) which meant the air conditioning repair would now be my responsibility and not under warranty. For the life of me, why it took them 4 business days including having my car up on a lift for tire rotation to notice damage to my undercarriage, I do not know. I was told I needed to get my insurance company involved and all that goes along with that. When I asked again for a loaner — I was told they dont have any. I filed a claim in one day, an insurance adjuster took two days to get there and I was told that they could not order the parts for the air conditioner until the insurance adjuster made his visit, wrote his report and submitted it to them. I was then told it would take several days for the parts to come in and several days for the work to be done. I called and pleaded with Wade to at least order the parts on last Friday after the adjuster’s visit to get that moving to save some time, and he said they couldn’t because if the adjuster didnt approve the parts, the dealership would be stuck with them. And once the parts arrived, I was told it would be several days for the repair to be made. Again I asked for a loaner and again I was told they dont have any. It is now Monday and I fully expect to be without my car this entire week. So that will make this shop visit at least 14 days. I have owned Volvo’s for almost 30 years and have loved the cars and the upkeep……. Till now. I hope I can find someone else to work on this car in the future.

It’s been 1 month since I got my Volvo xc60 from this dealership and I have nothing but good things to say. Dave Gifford was fantastic and extremely dedicated to making sure the process was as seamless as possible for me. They really tailor the experience to the customer and I will certainly be back when it’s time for my next car. I haven’t had any issues with my vehicle. Thank you!!

Mary is the best! My wife's car was on it's way out and we didn't have a ton of time to work with. Mary got the car, got it done and we got a great deal. Not only all that she made accommodations outside what would be expected normally. Go see Mary!!

They had my Volvo XC 90 R Design in their shop for over 4 weeks and could not diagnose the source of water intrusion, front end clunking noise and failed to reassemble the front passenger seat correctly after installing heating element. Additionally the right rear door storage been was broken. I left 2 messages on their voice mail over several days with no call back.

I actually own a VW. So I can say the service for my car was great and cost less than I thought. No complaints at all. I did think that the Volvos on the lot were worth the money even though I cannot afford a Volvo.

Unlike any experience at a dealership ever!! Joanna , David , Mary , and Jason made what could of been a tedious and anxiety provoking experience into THE car buying experience I’m still bragging about. Traded two cars in and purchased two Volvos. Exceedingly fair trade in values and willing to work for me!!! I could not be happier and can’t recommend them enough.This is not your cookie-cutter dealership; they wanted me to be happy, not force me into a car. Entire experience less than 2 hours for two cars!!!Thank you!!!

Outstanding sales and service. POSSIBLY(not guaranteed) could have paid a LITTLE less elsewhere, but they more than make up the difference in the little things (wash your car, pick up and drop off rides for service, loaner car if necessary to name only a few things).Our salesman was Bill Patten, and he was excellent! Great experience from start to finish!! Highly recommend!

I went into the dealership yesterday and was met by Dan Ambrose, a friendly and informative sales rep. I was looking for a 3rd row SUV for our growing family needs. I couldn’t have been happier with the overall experience, as Dan helped us throughout the sales process well beyond 5pm. Lebanon Volvo just gained our families trust, as we will gladly be returning to Leb. Volvo for our next vehicle. Thanks Dan and the Leb Volvo team! Picking up the new car today!

Only gets one star becasue negative numbers aren't possible. They took 'Miller' off the sign, but the stench remains. NO ONE in the Upper Valley has a good Miller story. Multiple 'service' appointments filled with broken promises, cars not ready on time, no loaners ever available. 'We are just finishing up', 'We're rolling it out now', "Just wrapping things up..' from 3:30-5:15 for a car desperately needed back (and promised) at 3pm. 'What can I do to make this right?' service guy asks... NOTHING now. Tell me the truth 2 hours ago, maybe, but now? NOTHING!Volvo makes a good car, Miller has TERRIBLE 'service'. Useless conversation with general manager glosses over multiple failings across several visits, places blame on service dept 'new guy'. Promises from the GM to call salesperson or GM to get loaners are as good as the paper they are written on. No longer a customer there, will NEVER return. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Extremely disappointed in Volvo. Several years of XC60s and XC90s have a design problem related to defective pistons- just do an internet search. Service Managers at multiple dealers said they are frequently repairing several a day for this defect. Mine broke down and they are telling me it will cost $10-11k to fix. Volvo and the dealership have been going back and forth for almost 60 days about my car and some sort of "good will" package to offset some of the repair but with no actual answer. Meanwhile, I have been without a car for 60 days. This is not my first Volvo and based on prior experience and brand image I am shocked by the fact they aren't stepping up for their customers and standing behind their cars. Maybe the company changed when it was acquired by Zhejiang Geely Holdings? Buyer beware, Volvo isn't what it used to be. In terms of recent experience, mine has been much better with my Audi Q5.

We were coming home from our vacation in VT when we got a flat tire on 91. We live in NY and were traveling with our two young children, only about an hour into our five hour journey home. Our Volvo came with assist and got us a tow truck to Volvo of Lebanon. They were extremely busy and short staffed yet they were able to find us a tire and get us on the road so we could get home, they truly saved the day. Keith, the GM, not only ensured that we were safely put into back into the road but explained anything everything about cars to our sons. Thank you to everyone at Volvo of Lebanon! Bill was wonderful. He explained the process to my husband and I and helped us find a payment we were comfortable with. He showed us all the features the vehicle has and how to use them. The finance manger, Robert was very nice too! Love my new car and very happy with my experience.
