They had my Volvo XC 90 R Design in their shop for over 4 weeks and could not diagnose the source of water intrusion, front end clunking noise and failed to reassemble the front passenger seat correctly after installing heating element. Additionally the right rear door storage been was broken. I left 2 messages on their voice mail over several days with no call back.

Unlike any experience at a dealership ever!! Joanna , David , Mary , and Jason made what could of been a tedious and anxiety provoking experience into THE car buying experience I'm still bragging about. Traded two cars in and purchased two Volvos. Exceedingly fair trade in values and willing to work for me!!! I could not be happier and can't recommend them enough. This is not your cookie-cutter dealership; they wanted me to be happy, not force me into a car. Entire experience less than 2 hours for two cars!!! Thank you!!!

Only gets one star becasue negative numbers aren't possible. They took 'Miller' off the sign, but the stench remains. NO ONE in the Upper Valley has a good Miller story. Multiple 'service' appointments filled with broken promises, cars not ready on time, no loaners ever available. 'We are just finishing up', 'We're rolling it out now', "Just wrapping things up..' from 3:30-5:15 for a car desperately needed back (and promised) at 3pm. 'What can I do to make this right?' service guy asks... NOTHING now. Tell me the truth 2 hours ago, maybe, but now? NOTHING!Volvo makes a good car, Miller has TERRIBLE 'service'. Useless conversation with general manager glosses over multiple failings across several visits, places blame on service dept 'new guy'. Promises from the GM to call salesperson or GM to get loaners are as good as the paper they are written on. No longer a customer there, will NEVER return. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Unhappy experience replacing a key fob. I was told a price for the fob, which I ordered and paid for, but then was not called for a month by Miller. When I finally called them, they said the fob had come in weeks before (sorry!), then they said there was an additional $140 charge to program it. I complained that they had never mentioned that before. The service clerk told me that, yeah, the guy who handled the initial transaction had to be let go because this kind of thing had happened a lot. She said she'd check with her boss about honoring the initial, quoted price. Then she called back and said they couldn't honor the initial price, but that they would "sell me the programming software at cost, $94" and I could program the fob myself. The way I see it, that is not taking responsibility for your business. I'm not impressed.

Miller VW in Lebanon NH QA an excellent expierence. the car recon group was the best. my car was clean when it was returned and I got a new oil and oil filter for a good. price I recommend this dealership for car service.

I brought my car in to have a tail light changed. After a solid hour I was brought back to talk about issues found with my car. They had it lifted and showed me what they said was a massive leak and told me that if I did not get nearly $2,000 of work done ASAP my transmission would fail and I would be looking at $6,000 instead. I went to a local place for a second opinion and was told the issue was minor and won't be too much to take care of. I went to Miller for a tail light, and they proceeded not only to waste my morning, but cause major anxiety over an issue that I believed was about to upend my life. No copy-pasted corporate response will fix this. I will never be back, nor will my friends or family.
