My granddaughter and I had a wonderful experience at Hubert's she's is 10 and she said she highly recommends getting winter boots from this location the service was wonderful. 10 out of 10 we will definitely be going back Londyn.

Absolutely useless customer service in their shoe department. Associate ignored me at first even though I made it overtly obvious that I wanted to buy a pair of shoes. I was then provided no help or answers to my questions whatsoever. Tried to answer my own questions via their website but it gave me as much help as the associate did. Pity I can't give a zero star review, because 1 is 1 too many.

Beautiful store, very homey, cozy, and pleasurable shopping expierence. Sometimes it might feel like there are one two many racks in store.But satisfying, you get what you pay for, sometimes come up on deals you were NOT aware of when going up to register. Never the other way around.Great customer service also the politeness and courteous associates help you regardless, they are NOT hard to find either.

Girls here were nice, helpful, & not overbearing. I ended buying two great coats and a pair of boots! Love the atmosphere and the friendly service it felt very sincere.
