I just had the best pedi ever. I have been to so many places in the area and have now found my new home. Bethany was amazing, very pleasant as well as thorough and competent, a personalized experience. Spa was very clean, nicely decorated and quiet. Very relaxing. Next appt already scheduled!

I'm not picky at all before I start this. I just want to let you all know that Terry colored my hair a few weeks back after I failed at home turning it blonde. She dyed it back "brown" after telling me she was the best of the best around. I had complete confidence in her abilities after hearing that! However she dyed the bottom brown and it didn't turn brown on the top. So she tried again with toner. She felt that took but I did not. The top of my head was still blonde. I was so upset i asked her not to put high lights in and she charged 125$ for something i could have done at home but probably better. When I told her it didn't look the same color on top she asked Katie who told her that it looked the same color and it was just the lighting. It's been a few weeks now and I've used ONLY the recommended products. The top of my head is a reddish orange color. Needless to say when I originally told her it was not right and I didn't like it, she told me it would cost extra to fix it. Im not impressed and I won't be back. Don't waste your time or money.

I got my eyebrows done yesterday - the esthetician could not have been nicer, but I unfortunately was in a rush and didn't get a good look in the mirror until I was in my car. I was horrified to see that she took about a quarter of my eyebrow straight off on one side. The other side is a little better but still looks terrible. I have been getting my eyebrows done for 20 years and have been to dozens of places, but this is by far the worst job I (or anyone else I know) have ever gotten done. It is going to be a rough next several months waiting for this to grow back - definitely wouldn't wish this on anyone.

I got a cut, color, toner and brow tints. Terri is excellent. It usually takes 2-3 bleach sessions for me to get my hair as lightened as I wanted and she managed to do it in one. The cut is fantastic and she listens to what you want. This was my first time trying brow tints and I’m in love. The service and results were excellent.

My experience at Expectations started with a consultation with the owner, Teri. After struggling for YEARS to find a stylist to achieve the blonde look I wanted, Teri read my mind! She listened and then knew exactly what she would have to do to get my hair where I wanted it to be, and explained the process. I left my consultation feeling confident in Teri and excited about my appointment. I was excited on the day of the appointment, as I had faith in Teri and her knowledge. My hair came out exactly how I had hoped. And it feels so good to have found someone who will achieve such fantastic results each time because she is a true artist and listens to her clients.

I got my haircut with Terri and can’t rave about her enough! She is so good at making her customers feel comfortable and right at home. The haircut I received is exactly what I asked for and wanted. I haven’t gotten my haircut in over a year, and I wanted to do something a little out of my comfort zone by cutting it shoulder length, since it is usually down to my belly button. She framed my face beautifully and made me feel like a new woman! I cannot wait to go back and see her in a few months to get it trimmed again! I 100% recommend Expectations Salon for anyone in the area looking for a fresh haircut!
