I had rented space at the Lebanon, NH facility, and the staff has always been super helpful. On my last trip I had unknowingly dropped a wrench outside my unit. It was found during a security sweep of the facility, and since it was found in front of my unit they called and let me know it was found! Awesome staff !!!
