I used to go to the CVS in Hanover, but after a few poor experiences there, I took my business to the West Leb CVS, and I'm glad I did. The pharmacy's customer service is terrific, and even when they are getting slammed the line moves right along. I also like the ability to use the drive-thru option. The staff is friendly, they make a point to get to know me, and are always helpful.

Had two entirely pleasant experiences at this CVS pharmacy within a single week. No one was there on a Thursday night. Pharmacist had a pleasant demeanor and was super helpful with insurance issues and answering questions. Tried multiple different avenues to solve my problem, and ended up getting a GoodRx discount. Will be coming here again, and don’t understand the negative reviews.

Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered at the Pharmacy, where the young woman behind the counter, wearing headwear, kept on rolling her eyes while I was trying to explain the medication I needed and when I noticed that I was being overcharged, I tried to refer to the label on the shelf that clearly showed a lower price, she again rolled her eyes and said "that's impossible!". Well, someone was very misinformed there and it wasn't me. She didn’t even try to take a look at the label or ask someone about it.Besides, she looked like she didn’t want to be there such was her lack of knowledge and bad attitude.

Found everything I needed except CVS Dairy relief caplets (& the more expensive Lactaid brand. Manufacturers issue??? Temperamental self checkout machines. Sales associates patient & helpful. Pharmacy very good... best if you know ahead of time when meds ate due for refill or if difficult to fill give extra days for availability. Of note, no public bathroom.

I arrived 15 minutes late for my vaccine appointment, apologized, and readily agreed to wait 15 minutes until the next cohort since the fault was mine. Then the clerk told me she couldn't use my out of state insurance. This was surprising since I had entered the insurance info online when I made the appointment and have never had an issue in the 30 years I've lived here. Having been turned away for my appointment, I then went to Walgreens, made an appointment for two days later, and asked them to check that the insurance would work. It did... The woman actually laughed at the idea that there would be any problem for the covid shot thanks to a state program. Wanting to get the shots done with, I went back to CVS and explained to the clerk that I thought I'd been turned away in error. The red haired female pharmacist yelled brusquely from her central podium that I'd been 25 minutes late, she wouldn't give me the shots, and I should go wherever it is I'd gone before. I was shocked at her rudeness and inconsideration. I will certainly take her advice and avoid using her pharmacy in the future, though.

The drive thru shuts down apparently 15 minutes before the pharmacy closes. They don't have it listed on the pharmacy window. Two days in a row I was without my scripts.

My encounter with Linda at CVS was a delightful experience. Her exceptional service, extensive knowledge, and warm demeanor made my visit not only efficient but also enjoyable. Cannot say enough good things about the two on in the pharmacy this evening. Scott and Sherry are always so pleasant to deal with in general. When I walk in and see they’re working, I know I’ll be greeted with nothing but smiles and the best genuine service every time. Oh, and walk out of the door with the prescriptions in hand, in a timely manner.Thank you for being great humans!

Extremely rude pharmacists who don't care if you live or die by medications. Don't care if you are in pain, won't expedite an order based on urgency, could care less about you as a human. Don't go here.

I just received the best service I've received a ANY retailer!!! Amazing, fast, friendly, The BEST! I needed help with what might have been a difficult situation and within one minute, my problem was solved! If you've tried this store in the past and found them less than helpful, me too - Whatever you did, keepIt up, this was the easiest pharmacy transaction ever!

I have a grandmother who is disables I rode with her to get her meds we have been sitting in drive though for 30 minutes and they keep ignoring us like disabled people mean nothing to them or their less important. You have lost a customer

Called 1.5 Hours Earlier to Have Medication Ready for Our 5 Hour Drive North. We arrived and she said they didn't do anything after the doctor specifically sent it in.

Just like any other CVS store I've been at, they have what I need where I need it. It's good to know you can find one in just about any town or city. They lady at the cashier was pleasant; what else can you ask for?
