Extremely dissatisfied with the store I brought a pair of pants that cost 80 I wants to exchange for a different size not to mention I have spent a good about of money here and because the tag was not attached to the pants but I had the tag with me I had only tried them on maybe for two minutes I hadn’t had time to try them on at the store so I just took them home thinking it would be easy enough to exchange them, but not the case. I was even told that even with the receipt I would not be able to exchange them so just be aware because these pants are very expensive. Most of their pants are anywhere from $70-$80 return policy is ridiculous. I will never again shop at the store. I’m stuck with an $80 pair of pants that I cannot wear. Whatever happened to customer service .

Owner very rude. Told me they don't dress plus sized and to go elsewhere. I'm not plus sized! I don't know how they stay in business. Avoid this store.

Been shopping here for years. Recently purchased a product from the store and there was a piece missing, went back day after purchase with the receipt and nothing they could do for me, F*** you!

I went into this store today to return 2 pairs of jeans. I get up to the counter when the woman tells me it's only store credit or exchange. It was the same woman who I paid for the items, a few weeks back. She asked at checkout if I wanted to try them on. I said no, if they don't fit, I'll return them. Today she lies and said she told me at checkout that it was exchange or store credit. She did not! Then what appeared to be her mother was sitting at the counter, just staring. The other rude woman who checked me out, was arguing and slamming items behind the counter. I stated that Google reviews are great for exactly these problems. She states, it won't do you any good, we've been around for a long time. Had she told me at checkout, I wouldn't have bought them! I won't step foot in this lying store again!

Positive experience. Great Levi's selection. Excellent customer service. The staff are knowledgeable about the Levi's brand and were quickly able to find multiple items sized in various ways that fit similarly (some better than expected) and were compatible with what I was looking for. They sell more than just Levi's but if you're looking for Levi's locally, there are definitely multiple choices to choose from here.

I stopped here to get some blue jeans. That’s what I expected from the name. So, I was a little surprised to find myself in a head shop. First time in many decades! ;)I have no problems with all the glassware. No reason they should care if I did. My only complaint was the heavy incense odor. To each his own. My “own” is scent-free clothing. Nothing a trip through the washing machine wouldn’t cure. And, it did.Most stores no longer carry 501s. Those that do often have limited sizes (rarely mine, though I don’t think my size is so unusual!) So, bonus star for having my size AND my choice of colors.Glad to know I can get them locally. And, like I said, I can send them though a wash cycle.

Love this place, been coming here for years for a multitude of different reasons, one being the owner Dave. He has to be one of the nicest guys ever. Sometimes I would just stop in to say hi. From Levis and band merch to fully customizable skateboard necessities all the way to pipes and smoking utensils. Would recommend and always my personal go to.

The staff is great and I bought and excellent skateboard there the man that put it together really knew what he was doing and it was a very pleasant experience I did however loose a ring there a while back and called the second I realized it was missing and they haven't called me back even to tell me no luck to so that was upsetting but otherwise great place

It's a blue jean, skate board, glass pipe shop! What's not to love!? Decent prices, helpful staff who know the jeans and happily recommend what will fit, even for us larger men. ;-)
