UPDATE: they replaced the jewelry with brand new pieces. literally the best customer service I have ever experienced. thank you so much Amidon Jewelers. replacement pieces are absolutely stunning.my mom got me this necklace and pair of diamond with "real" opal earrings for Christmas from this jeweler. not only has a stone fallen out of the necklace, the opals are completely discolored. unbelievable.

I worked with Jessica to make a custom engagement ring and it came out amazing. Jessica was great about keeping me up to date and giving me all of the information to create the best ring possible within my budget. Would recommend this store to everyone! 10/10

We were waiting for our table to be ready so popped into the store “just to look”. Ended up falling in love with a little something sparkly and had to have it. Well, it was my birthday, after all! Had so much fun chatting with the girls while I was looking and Katie treated me to a bottle of diamond cleaner! Fun day but I’m still thinking about a ring I saw. Should have tried that one on! ?

Jessica was wonderful in helping me decide what to do about replacing some earrings (I had lost one of the pair). She's very knowledgeable, not pushy at all, and gave me the space and information I needed to make a very comfortable decision. Jessica also replaced my watch battery quickly and with no fuss. Amidon's prices are fair for the good quality of the jewelry, and if they don't have something in stock, they can special order for you. All around very positive visit, I'll definitely be back!
