Customer service is what seals the deal for me as a buyer. Was a refreshing experience walking through the door and not being pressured immediately. Gina was ready to help when we were ready to talk and was the service was amazing. The deal she gave us on our new mattress what the icing on the cake.

They are very knowledgeable about the products that they are selling. They went out of their way to help us find the exact furniture that we were looking for. The customer service is very friendly and professional. They answered all our questions. The location of the store makes it very easy to find. The store is very clean and has a very pleasant appearance. The price is affordable. I would highly recommend customers to frequent this store.

Great place to buy the right mattress. The first one I selected was very firm because it felt much more supportive than our current 20-yr old one which sagged about 5" when sat on. However, this turned out to be too firm as my side and shoulder were sore after sleeping a couple of hours. They gladly accepted an exchange for a softer model and now I'm getting the best sleep in years. And Gina was very helpful throughout the entire selection process.

This is a great place to buy a mattress. The sales people are very helpful. They do not pressure you, but they are available whenever you need information or assistance. Highly recommend. We have purchased several mattresses here and we will continue to do so!

It’s been a while since having purchased a mattress, we were much in need. We went to the America’s Mattress store in Leb and met Joel who was super knowledgeable and very helpful. Then we met Gina, the store manager, who was also super helpful in finding the mattress best suited to our individual needs. The process was awesome, very friendly and unhurried. We left knowing we got the best deal for the correct mattress, including free adjustable platform. It was an awesome experience and a store recommended for everyone. And excellent, easy mattress buying experience...thank you!!

I had a horrible experience shopping for mattresses untill Gina helped me in this store. She was not pushy and let me take the time to try the mattresses. Their prices are competitive and the delivery was smooth. I don't have a single complaint. I will be sending my friends and family to see Gina.
