It's really about the people because you can get good vet services at most any clinic (and Woodlands has fabulous vet services) but their folks are the best. Elwood is an excellent judge of character and he gives Woodlands a hearty two thumbs, (though non-opposable) UP.

65 Brook Rd, LancasterGail is very knowledgeable and patient. We learned so much and our dogs loved her. We had one dog that didn't like anyone outside the family except for Gail! The training was personalized for each dog and the practice tips very helpful. Can't wait to go back with our new pups!

1 Middle St, LancasterIt was hard to find a place to eat as it seemed the town closed down pretty early, so we felt guilty coming to the Copper Pig, but they were so accommodating.
The staff was great and the food was excellent. The beers were also very good.
