Back in November I was in a collision with a deer in my car that I had just bought 3 weeks prior. I must say that I am 110% satisfied and impressed with the job that these guys did fixing my car and restoring it back to the same shape it was in prior to the accident. The car was fixed and back to me in roughly 45 days, which only took that long because it took Progressive 16 days just to send an adjuster out to assess it, as soon as they got the go ahead from progressive, they got right to work on it and communicated with me throughout the whole process, and when it wasn't able to be completed within the original planned timeframe due to waiting on parts (that's shipping during Christmas time for you!), Even gave me a loaner car free of charge so that I could go see my family for the holidays, and let me keep it until the car was done. Would absolutely recommend for any body work needs, and should I need a body shop again, North Country Ford is absolutely my first choice! Wow did they do a perfect job of restoring my 2019 Superduty from Deer collison. Best service too. This is about the 6th time or so over 16 yrs I've used them and everytime perfect work and service.Service: Body & Trim

I needed to rent a car for a business/personal trip out of state. I cannot explain how easy and thoughtful the process was here. Crystal, the shop manager was so kind, knowledgeable, professional and understanding. It made the whole experience better especially not dealing with the big box car rental places that charge hidden costs. I'd like to say thank you again and you'll always have my business from here on.

Great people to work with! When our car was wrecked, we waited months for the insurance company to settle with us. North Country understood and worked with us. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Amazing experience! Crystal is not only on top of everything, but she goes above and beyond and is so sweet and friendly too boot! I hope to never need an auto body shop again, but if I do it's definitely North Country!
