“Having issues with my Ram 3500 early AM Burts was the only shop that would be open “7AM” others opened an hour or two later so I gave him a call told him I was kind of in a pinch he stated he had a full schedule but told me to stop in so he could evaluate my situation so I did, immediately looked at my Ram and told me what I needed he was on my situation immediately ordering parts however the parts I needed were not available until 12:30 …. Once the parts arrived Burt and his team were on the situation . While my truck was being repaired many natives of the Lancaster area would drop by for issues and Burt was there to help them out and didn’t charge them!!! When my break down was finished he totaled my repair and didn’t charge me extra on the parts , the parts I would have paid for directly from the seller were the same Burts charged me for and the service charge was so much cheaper than all . I don’t write reviews but this one I had to and I also need to mention his employee. The gentleman was amazing and I’m thankful that if I had to break down it was close to his area….highly recommend”
