I recently purchased a phone from Bryce at the Verizon store in Laconia NH. The service was exceptional and he was very knowledgeable as well as got me a great deal on my phone. Bryce got me in and out with no problems what so ever. I will 100% be recommending people to come buy from this store and Bryce! Thank you for all you guys do!

Jeremy was great! He helped us change 4 lines over from t mobile. Kept his cool even when faced with multiple customers and issues contacting customer service.

My husband and I went in to upgrade our phones yesterday. Our sale rep Bryce Cote was exceptional. He was the only employee there at the time, he handled multiple customers while multitasking like a pro! Thank you for the great service!

I went into the Gilford Verizon store this morning at 9 a.m. because I found I had a possible defective charging cord. The woman was pleasant and asked me if I needed the cord and the jack that goes into the wall outlet. Wasn't sure, so I asked her if it was an extra cost. She said it was $10 extra. So I paid $35.00 for both and left. When I got back home, I opened the box only to find the cord... NO JACK. Angry I didn't come home with the right thing I went back out, drove back to the store in Gilford. It was busier when I went in so had to wait. When the other clerk started to help me, he 1st stated they wouldn't take it back because the packaging was damaged. He profusely claimed the Jack was in there, that they would not take it back. I told him he was crazy if he thought I would pay another $35 for something I did not receive. He continued to say it was in there, calling me a liar. The other woman came up with some random Jack and said I could have this. Then the male clerk said "now you have 2". Oh no this is the only one I got and he continued in front of other customers calling me a liar and embarrassing me. I will never go back to that store and I will pass the horrible experience on to others in this area. Bad support, deplorable service. Never again. Stay away from this Verizon.

Libby and Jeremiah and Michael( 2 different times) rude acted like they were too busy. Had malfunction on my phone had no advice. Went to Concord store and was treated kindly efficient. Explained my problem with phone malfunction and they hooked me up with a great trade on my phone and got a brand new pixel. Will drive to Concord rather than deal w/ Laconia store. They lost a sale and I bought a new tablet in Concord.

Perfect experience here today after leaving Meredith Verizon without the new iPhone due to a bad experience with the Manager.
