I switched to Stafford Oil & Propane about a year ago after being a longtime customer of a different heating supplier company. Right off the bat, I noticed how efficiently the entire Stafford operation was run from the ground up. Be it sales, reception, delivery, service, maintenance, etc., each department is helmed by friendly and knowledgable staff members. Just this week during a cold snap, I had a heating emergency at a rental property I own and my message was returned by a Stafford service member promptly and arrangements were made extremely quickly to address my needs, with thorough, professional explanations of my options. Really glad I found this company for my all my heating needs. Highly recommend.

Spectacular Customer Service. We needed to have propane tanks installed; Bob Snyder and his TEAM were wonderful to work with. I would recommend Stafford Propane to anyone who needs / wants spectacular customer service for their oil or propane needs!!

We just sprung a leak in the furnace and Stafford was immediately out to help. We’ve had them service our unit for years as well as deliver our oil. Always professional and knowledgeable. Always try to accommodate us as far as delivering when we’re low. Am looking forward to see their estimate for a new system. Thank you Stafford.

I have been a customer for over 20 years. Recently had a problem with my gauge that caused me to believe I was shorted oil. I called several times was always helped and they explained there could be a problem with the gauge. I wasn't very nice. They were right I was wrong. I could not recommend Stafford more, they professional helpful and have always been there for us.

We have been very happy Stafford Oil Company customers for 18 years, with timely oil delivery and excellent service but it was during today’s snowstorm that Stafford’s team really came through in the clutch! We discovered a serious water line leak near our furnace, called Stafford Oil and they immediately sent their service man who promptly solved the problem. We called 5 other companies, and 1 answered and offered to assist us the next day, the other 4 never returned our calls.

Called for oil because I was very low, they weren't scheduled to be in the area today, but they made it anyway. Now I'll be able to sleep tonight knowing we won't run out! Thank you!

Unbelievable experience today as I was interviewed on the spot for a customer service position..I was greeted very professionally and I felt like I was at home, such a good feeling I had inside..If your worried about keeping warm this winter, you don't need to because Stafford Oil will make sure your not in the cold at all..Such an unbelievable company and I thank you for a great interview experience as well..Am hoping for the best

Just had a great interaction when ordering oil for the first time maybe ever, for the family house near the lake. Turns out they had serviced it for many years prior. They even knew the color. Very nice service experience. Great value too, with discounts available. :)

I had to have a new boiler put in my home. From the start, Marcy and Weymen were wonderful! I cannot say enough good things about them. Including Kim (I think that's her name) who directs your calls when you call in. You are all an asset to Staffords. I cannot thank all of you enough for making such a big expensive job a little less painless!! In a day and age when good Customer Service is almost impossible to find, I am SO happy to be Customer's of Stafford's!
