I was there earlier today , had Cindy who helped me , I asked about certain device and juice to it , she was very polite and very helpful for which brand goes well with the device , I work in retail and she has the quality of a great customer service representative.

The first time I went in there I thought it was a really cool place and had a lot of stuff. I signed up for the rewards considering I spent over $100 on my first visit. The second time I came in they could not find my rewards or anything. I gave them all my information and then I left. I came back one more time and they asked for my information again, apparently they never did anything about it until I showed up again. I spent almost $100 again and still no Rewards. I will never go back to that place again. With the amount of money I spent at the place I should have gotten a ton of rewards and I left with zero. I will have no problem finding another place because there are so many around. That's why I gave it one star. If I could give it zero I would and I will let everyone know what happened to me. Not a happy camper

Overpriced vapes. Go to Tilton Tobacco, Smoke & Vape Shop they have Geek Bars for $20 instead of $25. Every other vape is cheaper as well

Stopped into Smoker's Haven a few days ago, was greeted by a girl named Cindy. She was awesome! I was buying a vape and looking into some tobacco pipes, she was extremely knowledgeable about all of it.
