“Today I brought my newer vehicle 2021 Hyundai Tuscon for oil change, rotation, and inspection. The mechanic attending to my car was thorough and provided thorough answers to my question. As with my last visit I was greeted by Glenn and later Fitz. Both gentlemen were good natured, welcomed each customer, and went beyond what was expected. I will continue to bring my vehicles to VIP because of the team that services it's customers.”

“I always come to this location of Valvoline because this place is so well run. This visit was even better because of Dennis, one of the Valvoline crew. I pulled into the lot, Dennis greeted me, asked what services I needed performed (oil change and inspection), told me where to pull me car up to and how long it would take. Once I my car was in the bay, he kept me apprised of what was being done and made recommendations, although he did not try to sell me anything.
Everything was done quickly and efficiently. I always come to this Valvoline but now the experience is even better because of Dennis. This guy is terrific and is an outstanding customer service person.

“Communication issue was corrected on the type of rim, steel instead of alloy. Bill reached out to me to correct the issue and made this customer happy. Gave credit for steel wheels and mounted and balanced new alloys at no cost. Thank you!”
