I'd been eye-balling this extremely inexpensive minivan that NH Lakeside Motors had on their website for a week or so before I contacted them thru CarGurus... I honestly thought that there may have been a typo in the selling price because it seemed too good to be true! Once I made contact, Richard, was quick to respond and give me the answers I wanted/needed. My husband and I decided we'd make the 2.5 hour trip to the dealership from Maine and Richard stayed (what I would consider "late" on a Friday night) until we arrived! He brought out a big light for us to look over the vehicle, got under it with my husband, let us take it for a drive and told us where we could go if we wanted to push the speed up a bit to see how it handled. Friendly guy, seemed to really want to make the customer happy and provide a good vehicle for a reasonable price. SOLD! I've had the car now for 3 days, it was a comfy 3-hour ride home and our family of 3 give it a 3 thumbs up! Thanks so much for your time and making the process an easy and smooth one, Richard! One of the best car buying experiences I've had thus far!

After searching for several months to replace a wrecked vehicle, I found this dealer had some great deals. It was worth the 1.5 hr drive south, although I didn't buy the initial vehicle, RICH suggested a great car. I love the '04 Volvo xc70. Rich was a great communicator and easy to work with, understanding what I was looking for. THANKS AGAIN! Would def do business again.

Wonderful experience! The car salesmen /owners Rich and Derek were very helpful and did not pressure me into any sales. I recommend to anyone looking to purchase their next vehicle.
