Misdiagnosed an engine vibration after three visits and put two incorrect mounts on my car which made the vibration worse, before just telling me to take it to Honda. Honda diagnosed the engine vibration properly and fixed the issue in one visit. Incorrect mount still caused a leftover vibration so they replaced it with the correct one. Vibrations completely gone.Although the mount replacement at Honda fixed the leftover vibration the incorrect mount was causing and I have an invoice from a Honda certified tech stating it was the incorrect part for my vehicle, Tandra at MPL who as far as I know is not a mechanic, simply "disagrees" and stated that (quote) "I could put anything on an invoice I want as well" and refuses to take back the part. She is also using the reasoning that I received "seven hours of free diagnostic labor" as the other reason for no refund on the part even though those seven hours were spent using incorrect parts in the first place.Tl;Dr Didn't fix the car, worsened the problem with incorrect parts, refused to make it right afterwards ,and I'm out an extra $400 or so. Don't recommend. ??♂️Service: General repairs & maintenance

MPL figured out my brake issue within an hour or two— an issue I had been struggling with for nearly 3 yrs and had seen several mechanics about. I am so incredibly grateful, the weight off my shoulders is priceless. Feeling safe in my vehicle, having the constant worry that I could possibly harm another, removed–is immeasurable. Called with a serpentine belt issue, squeezed me in the next day! Ordered a pulley as well but realized it was rusted.. didnt charge for pulley cleaned the old one! Very grateful!! Extremely customer oriented! Very honest and nice enough to squeeze me in to his busy day! Thanks mike!
