Brought Lincoln Nautilus in for regular service. Always a pleasure. They work quickly. Fraction of a star off for not having a plate light in stock which will require another trip, but Destiny in Service was superb.

I just bought a 2016 Ford Edge, fair price all went well until recently. I had an issue with the moonroof after owning the vehicle for a month, they fixed the issue quickly at no cost.Shortly after I left I got a text and video from the service department. They put my vehicle up on a lift to show me that I would need front brakes, tires, and a rear shock. Why they needed to check under the vehicle for a moonroof issue is beyond me. This also angered me as I was told when I bought the vehicle they made over a 100 point inspection and that everything was in good shape. I'm now looking at over $1000 to have these issues fixed. I informed the service department and my salesman and have not heard a word. This is what gives used car salesmen a bad name. I would not but or recommend anyone from dealing with Irwin.

Recently had a recall on my Lincoln, the Irwin Ford/Lincoln service team took care of the recall and an oil change and tire rotation. Service team started the work promptly communicating the whole time and finished the car quickly. I’ve used their services before and I’ll be back! Thank you!

*Greetings from Upstate New York*This is a 'must read review'I've been a Secret Shopper for 30 years now. Recently I was looking into a new vehicle for myself. I found one on the website CarFax and filled out my inquiry regarding the Buick Encore GX vehicle since I could not find this vehicle locally. All I can say is be prepared for something special when you deal with Irwin Automotive Group 59 Bisson Rd., Laconia, NH. Everything from start to finish was top notch. Our salesman Adel offered to drive the Buick Encore GX Essence to my residence for a test drive in NY. We agreed to meet part way. Adel drove the furthest to make it easy on us. He made everything seamless from test driving to the paperwork drawn up by Jessica and delivered. I've never had a more enjoyable sales experience and it's through this lens that clearly, this is the place to shop for all your new and used vehicles.

I brought my 2016 Lincoln MKX in because a light was on. For three months they couldn't tell me what was wrong with my car, yes three months and I went through two service writers and a service manager. They told me they moved another Tech on my car then Lincoln was sending a tech then I need a transmission then I can't get the transmission for another 3 - 6 months. So month 4 I take it to Aamco and they fix it in a week and tell me that it looked like kids worked on my car. Now the second service manager has quit so they obviously treat employees as bad as they treat customers. They want nothing but your money here stay away far away from these incompetent crooks.
