I just bought my third lease here and I will never go to another dealership. Tom Whitney was very knowledgeable and made the process fast and easy. There’s never any typical dealership drama when I go to Irwin. Phenomenal staff. I tell everyone that wants a car to go there so they have a great experience. 10/10 recommend.

After a month of struggling to find the best deal on an electric vehicle at another dealership, I finally came to Irwin Hyundai and had the pleasure of dealing with Hoon Sang! He got me and my family into a top-of-the-line Ioniq 5 D100 which I did not think was possible given our budget. But he made the magic happen. I can't be thankful enough for his hard work and now we have a beautiful lease car for the next 33 months. I would highly recommend seeking this man out. His literal words were "I've never lost a deal to (other dealership name) before" ???

Horrible customer service !! Me and my brother purchased two 2024 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid on the same day giving them a business close to 70k. Before signing the paper they informed that they will provide the all weather floor mat but after signing the paper they informed that they do not have it in the shop and will have to order. So we bought the vehicle home after the manager, said he'll ship the mat home and to email him with the link.
So we went home and we sent them the email along with the link and did not hear nor got response from manager nor the salesman. After repeatedly following up and getting no response I put a review here (which I deleted later after they said there was miscommunication/confusion) and then the manager got back after seeing the review. He got back to my brother but not me and told him that since I put a bad review we will not be getting the mat (I have screen shot for this).
But later they said there was a confusion and we will have to fill the survey out first and then they will send the mat and was wining about the review so I took it down after the manager reached out to my brother.
I filled out the survey but I gave them the feedback based on my experience. I did not give them all 10 based on my experience and the service I received. Guess what?? the manager called my brother and said it was the worst survey he received. I thought surveys were anonymous and also surveys should be provided feedback based on the experience.
Long story short I called the salesman and they said I will not be getting the mat because I did not give them a 10. In order to get a 10 you should give good customer service. (got the screen shot as well )
I also had a plan to get me a new car from here and the salesman knows it but guess what I will not be coming back to get a new car. They can take that mat I'll go ahead and get one from amazon !!

I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Irwin Hyundai with the staff and especially with Hoon Sang. He was informative, very helpful, not pushy, pleasant and he had a sense of humor! This was a fun experience and I highly recommend Hoon and Irwin Motors. Thanks for a non typical car buying experience. .

Don't ever buy a car from this place. They only care about money and credit scores. They do nothing when you buy a car don't even take the time to show you it and when something goes wrong they piss and moan and avoid you for as long as they can. They don't care and it's awful. Do not bring children a couple of salespeople let people in with guns and it's just not ok. If I could take my wife's car back I would. Do not buy.

Irwin Hyundai is very friendly and easy going place. their pricing is very clear and straight forward. Our sales consultant was Hoon Sang. He was very friendly and polite. Hoon has unbelievably detailed knowledge about Hyundai cars, which really helped us understanding our new car. It was the easiest and most satisfying car buying experience I ever had for 30 years.

Easy scheduling and great job for my Sonata's first service, service writers were great, especially with the CDK outage and the vehicle was serviced quickly and was clean at pick up; also liked the free car wash.
