Alex Thornton, our sales rep, was so patient with us and worked diligently with us to find exactly what we were looking for. We originally were looking for a used car, but the offer we were given for a brand new 2025 Tucson was hard to pass up. We love our new car. Thanks to everyone we worked with at the dealership.

Went there for inspection, Cameron the advisor failed my Subaru with a list of things need to be done and the estimate cost $1500, my husband fixed it and came back before the 30 days to get the passed and it failed again with different issues that never mentioned at the first time, I guess he “saved” that two issues for time like this when the customer has no option bc it’s pass due inspection and get it service with them instead of somewhere else or in this case by our self, my husband slammed the door behind and swore never again step foot in Irwin , we lost the inspection money and still no sticker given. my husband fixed the car an get parts from Amazon with under $300. Irwin ripped me off.

Bottom line: Easily the best car buying experience of my life. No pressure, honest direct communication and FAST! If you're travelling from a far you can communicate with these people and have confidence where you stand before you make the drive.
I live 2-1/2 hours from Irwin Toyota. Even with that drive I think this was one of the quickest car buying experiences I've had from the time I pulled out of my garage to when I arrived home.
I dealt with (3) people, Alexis Cate the internet sales person, Seamus McNally, The guy with the bowtie in sales, and finally Dennis Marhefka in the finance office. All were top notch and made the process seamless.
Alexis gave me a trade in estimate based on the vin and milage, and it was ACCURATE! No games were played.
When I got to the dealership I was introduced to Seamus. He was already working with multiple people but he had me in the vehicle I wanted to test drive in 10 minutes and completed the physical inspection of my trade while I was driving. When I got back their price and trade in value were where I needed them to be, so there was nothing to do but start signing.
That's when I met Dennis. He had everything laid out and somehow made the process that always seems to take the longest very pleasant. He talked to me about his time with the dealership and a little bit about the dealership itself. What usually seems like an endless stack of papers to sign was completed before I knew it.
The part that took the longest was having the vehicle detailed before I left and making sure the truck had a full tank of gas! I didn't even think dealerships did that anymore.
I left in my beautiful new 4runner well before lunch time. I expect to be driving this truck for a long time, but when it's time for a new vehicle you can bet I'll be making a trip to Irwin.
