I ordered 2 RX via phone on 11/4. One of them said I needed a refill/new RX from physician- did I want CVS to call and get that. I pushed YES! recording then said RXs would be ready by 11/10. OK- the last dose I had of the 1 RX would last till then. I waited and waited for the recording to be received stating RX ready for pick up. since nothing- on Wed. 11/9 i called and spoke to pharmacy and the girl was certainly less than friendly/helpful. She said the PX was not filled cuz it needed Physician renewal. I said i had requested they do that!!! she immediately changed subject. l ended call by stating they needed to request RX and have it filled ASAP. No word/phone message through 11/14 - after 5 days of no needed daily medication- I had to call again and the recording said the RX was filled and waiting for pick up. Why wasnt I informed by the automated message!? I drove to pick up the 2 RS on 11/15 and again- the new staff was not friendly, responsive, nor helpful- to me or the other 5-7 persons waiting for service. this really is just not acceptable. If CVS phone refill is not going to be monitored or serviced as needed and as advised it would be done- then you need to advise all users that they need to call in to pharmacy and take valuable time from the workers there and from the users of the service. This is the 3rd time this location has messed up/not done as ordered/been misleading and defensive/and just not cared in the slightest for it's patients relying on them for needed services. I will report to Medicare and to others not to use CVS. I have reported the same problem(s) in this survey in past and no response and no correction was ever received. It apparently seems to be the same status of unreliability and Inadequacy for the whole entire company!? I may be just 1 person but I can mouth to many! FIX IT! there is no reason why you cant have proper staff and do the job you are paid to do!

My son had an appt for a Covid test that he needed to have for a trip. He showed up today for the appt only to be told that they had cancelled all the appointments!!!! They said they called but that never happened. And in fact, he received a confirmation from CVS for the appt. an hour before!!!! Despite this, they would provide no explanation for the cancellation and basically the pharmacist told him it was his problem and walked away. I called the local stores in nearby towns who could not fit us in [even though it was a CVS error] and called the CVS hotline , thought we had an alternate appointment 30 minutes away but then as was told it was no longer available. No help, not even an I'm sorry. Tests need to be done in a 72-hour period before travel- how can you just cancel the scheduled tests with no alternate solution for your customers!!!

Nice employees, large variety ,pharmacy and drive through covid19 testing with an appointment. Also flu shots by appointment,
